My friends and I had a wonderful experience in Qingdao, China. We were welcomed warm-heartedly and we immediately felt comfortable within the company of our tour guide and the very experienced driver.

We were very pleased with how the tour was organized and how we had choices to make between activities and thereby making the tour more personal for us. We also enjoyed the amount of free time to still explore the city and do our own thing.

Qingdao is a beautiful city with a very relaxed atmosphere. The city offers a wide range of activities for the tourist. We were amazed by the amount of jewelry and gifts that you can buy on every street corner. My friends and I would certainly return to China and make use of the wonderful services of your agency if we ever have the opportunity to do so!

Thank you very much for you excellent services.

I hope I will have another opportunity to explore China and make use of your excellent services!

    Namtso - Lhasa

Dear Brenda,

Thanks for your mail. Please check our real feedback below and hope it is helpful to your future business.

As for our guide Tsenzin in Lhasa, we were very satisfied - his English was acceptable, could give us many interesting information and was in general very helpful. We had no communication with the driver but we felt safe driving with him.

On the first day we had a nice meal at a nice restaurant. Let me suggest that the meal on the first evening should be more modest. The first day should be only for relaxing and for getting used to the altitude. while we still enjoyed the meal very much.

Some suggestions:

We (I especially) had sever problems with the altitude - I will suggest that you for future guests remind them to take pills(Diaprox) two days before arriving to Lhasa in order to minimize the risk of getting sick.

To sum up, the trip to Tibet was an amazing experience and thanks for your plan.

Best Regards/Med venlig hilsen/Mit freundlichen Grussen

Dear Maggie

Thank you and your staff for your help throughout our correspondence. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and would recommend your company to any of our friends.

Our guides, David in Beijing and Lily in Xian were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and gave to us of their very best. Also, our guide in Shanghai was good but we were only with her such a short time that we could not get to know her.

If I was to ask you to change anything it would be in respect of the food. My family found that TWO Chinese meals a day was too much. We would have preferred a lighter meal at midday (western preferrably and even sandwiches would have been OK) and then the Chinese meal in the evening. The food was good but so much actually took away the pleasure.

Thank you again for your help.

Dear Maggie Ye:

We just got back from Tokyo two weeks ago. Regarding our tour to China and Hongkong, it was wonderful we loved every minute of it.

Overall we are very pleased with the service you provided and would recommend your company to everyone that we know. The time spent at each location was excellent. Our guides, David and Cassandra stood out as the best, very knowledgable and nice and are a credit to your organization. We really enjoyed having them as guides.

We would have liked a little more input (personal choices) into what meals were offered at the various restaurants. There were many plates to choose from, so it would have been easy to ask the group for preferences. In one city we ate the same meal for lunch and dinner.

The cars were EXCELLENT, We had all our needs met at all locations.

Thanks again for your organization.

Dear Hebe and Frieda,

Thanks for organizing such a nice tour for us. We felt very happy during our stay.

Meals were fine. In some towns we had to eat at the hotel because there were no alternatives. However, in Lhasa and Shigatse it would have been nice to eat out at different restaurants and not just eat at the hotel. Louise (vegetarian) also had limited options at the Sichuan restuarant in Lhasa.

Guides were fine. The Katmandu city guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. The cars and the drivers were both very good.

Once again, good organised tour. I would recommend you to my friends.

Dear Ruby and Maggie,

We will give our idea from the following aspects.

Meals: As this was our first group China tour (even though the group consisted of our family if 5 only) we were not used to getting food that we did not order. We had a bit of a hard time eating some of the food that magically appeared on our table. We felt bad for leaving so many left-overs. It was especially hard due to the fact that it was Chinese Food twice a day and we were not used to that. We very much enjoyed the fact that on a few occasions were allowed to order the food that we wanted ourselves (from picture cards or English language menu) and we liked the food we had ordered ourselves.

The best recommended meal: We enjoyed the Dumpling Meal in Xian the most.

Guides: All the guides spoke very good English, some of them were easier to understand than others, but we communicated well with all of them.We enjoyed Tracy in Xian very much (who spoke the best English and told us all there is to know about dynasties and emperors), as well as Rebecca in Shanghai
(who went out of her way to listen to our requests not to visit certain places on the program, but to include other interesting things instead. On our free day she made a van with driver and herself available (at an extra charge of course) to show us more sights.

All of the guides'attitudes were great, they tried their best to make our stays enjoyable.

Cars: The drivers always helped with the luggage into and out of the van. Each van was clean and well taken are of by the drivers. They had a tough time with the traffic in some cities and patiently drove us to our destinations without any problems. They were courteous and helpful.

The Li River tour from Guilin to Yangshuo (which has the most beautiful country sites) was very enjoyable and the bicycle trip was great too.

In general the entire China trip was very enjoyable, it was very well organized and nothing went wrong. The 4 and 5 star hotels were also well chosen, the breakfast buffets in each one saved the day for some of our five family members.

We will recommend your company to other people, but will tell them about the few shortcomings so that they have a chance to get that corrected. We had a great time, saw a lot and learned a lot. It was a great cultural experience. The most memorable places were the visit to the Great Wall, the Terra-Cotta Warriors in Xian and the beautiful nature in the Guilin area. As a city we liked Shanghai and Hong Kong the most.

Thank you again for corresponding with me before our trip, you are very punctual and helpful, it's a pity I did not get to meet you in Xian.
