When we were flying to Saigon in 10 minutes, the tour consultant told us that the tour guide who was supposed to pick us up was not feeling well. So they changed a new guide temporarily. We were quite worried that the new guide wouldn't be able to meet us on time. But as soon as we got off the plane, we saw the guide holding a sign with our names waiting for us. I would like to highly praise the efficiency of Agate! And the new guide was quite cordial and helpful. What a satisfying service!

Our guide was patient and enthusiastic. He likes taking pictures in his spare time and he has a mastery of a lot of photography skills.
I’m also a photography enthusiast. We exchanged many great ideas of photography with each other. It was a great meeting! We're still in touch now!

We met good tour guides. And we did have lots of fun on our Vietnam tour, especially the seafood dish and the hotel beside seaside.

Route: Saigon - Ben Tre - Cai Rang - Saigon. The most impressive things about Vietnam were the cheap seafood, the tourists from different countries, the chaotic traffic, the noisy Saigon, and the cozy Ben Tre…
Thanks to the good local guide, very polite and kind. She arranged our schedule very well. Saigon was a great place to see landmarks and take photos. And Ben Tre was a good place for relaxing and learning about local people's lives.
By the way, there might be “Motorcycle Gangs” (robbers on motorcycle) grabbing your bag and mobile phones. Please be careful!

As other comments have said, Agate Travel’s service was really great!! Our Vietnam trip was quite wonderful! Of course, there were irresistible negative factors that affected our mood during the journey. We went to Vietnam in January. It was mild and there wasn't much rain. So there were so many visitors in every scenic spot... We always failed to take pictures without other tourists, which made us pay more attention to photography instead of appreciating the scenery...But overall, the attractions were all fantastic and all of the staff was quite considerate!...More

Reasonable schedule and beautiful scenery, enthusiastic and thoughtful tour guides, rich and delicious meals were all the highlights of this fabulous Vietnam trip. With the professional driver, the vehicle riding was also comfortable. Such a very satisfying trip!

The accommodation in Saigon was wonderful! The pool was large on the top floor and we could enjoy the marvelous night view while swimming. It was a pity that I didn’t bring my swimsuit...
I'd like to particularly commend the tour guide in Saigon. She showed us a smile at any time, she was always sunny, and we felt comfortable to stay with her.

Hello, Agate! I would like to say it was a great pleasure to meet all of you!
Kelly planned an excellent schedule for me and I really had a great time visiting Vietnam. The guide in Saigon was remarkable...she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I knew something about the history and cultural customs of Vietnam.
The hotels were comfortable and it was nice to have a massage after a busy day of touring!
This trip carried a lot of memorable moments. I was especially impressed by the great experience of Ha Long Bay. It will be cherished for a lifetime.

I am a history lover. Besides seeing those ancient buildings, what I like most is War Remnants Museum on this Vietnam trip. It is a basic museum but very interesting especially for me who really loves historical war stories. There displays many historical photographs of the Vietnam War and some military weapons including tanks.
War always kills the innocents. It's heartbreaking! May there be peace and no war in the future. This Vietnam trip was quite worth going.

Schedule: the overall Vietnam tour route was reasonable and proper. Sightseeing time, meal time and rest time were abundant and well controlled.
Vehicle: special praise for the car arrangement, high-end and comfortable commercial vehicle.
Service: the tour guide introduced in detail, and served us in place. Our needs could be well met.
On the whole, we were very satisfied!
