    Arrival in Tanzania

    After arrival at Kilimanjaro airport, you will proceed to Arusha, a famous city in Tanzania. As the most important administrative city in northern Tanzania, Arusha is a mountainous city with plenty of rainfall. Besides, Arusha enjoys flourishing tourism industry, especially famous for its surrounding spectacular volcanoes and the interesting wildlife park. On arrival, you will go directly to the hotel for check-in and have a good rest later so as to relieve the jet lag.

    Arusha - Tarangire National Park

    In the morning, you will leave Arusha and drive southward to the time-honored Tarangire National Park. The park is the biggest gathering place for elephants living along the Tarangire River. The place is beautiful and unique, decorated by some baobabs and wattles. When the rainy season is coming, herds of gazelles, wildebeests, zebras, giraffes will migrate to the shrub land in the park, which is the last pasture left. Tanrangire is like an entry into the world of wild animals, represented by the elephants during the dry season. In the afternoon, you will take a tourist coach and have a closer look at those wild animals.

    Tarangire - Ngorongoro

    This morning, you will drive to Ngorongoro Crater, the biggest complete caldera on earth whose contour is similar to the lunar crater. Located in the northern Tanzania, the Ngorongoro volcano has a history of 2.5 million years and keeps silence for almost 250 thousand years. The Ngorongoro Park nearby is one of the most important wild life reserves in Africa. It is also your destination in the afternoon.

    Trip of Wildlife Paradise in Ngorongoro

    You will enter into the Ngorongoro crater in the morning and observe many wild animals more closely including lions, elephants, hippos, zebras, jackals, gazelles, rhinoceros, flamingos and other wild birds. In the afternoon, you will go hiking along the crater rim.

    Ngorongoro - Serengeti

    The morning tour will take you to visit the Serengeti National Park. On the way, you will make a stop in Olduvai Gorge, the place found by Louis and Mary Leakey during archaeological discovery. At that time, they unearthed the earliest ancestral remains of humankind here. In the afternoon, you will drive to the Serengeti Plain, an expanse of field where wild animals like gazelles, zebras and lions are enjoying their lives.

    Trip of Wildlife Paradise in Serengeti

    You will spend the whole day having fun in Serengeti National Park, also the most famous national park in Tanzania. Serengeti National Park is like a huge ecological system with over 3 million large mammals and various steppe plants. But it may become a desert if threatened by severe drought. The park is well-known for herds of wild animals which migrate between seasonal water areas and pastures, including wildebeests, zebras, over 3 thousand lions and hyenas. Every May and June, many wild animals will migrate to the western narrow strip of land from the central plain.

    Ngorongoro Highland

    In the early morning, you will enjoy the beautiful sunrise in the open spaces of Serengeti National Park and return to the camp for breakfast later. After that, you may begin the journey to Ngorongoro Highland. At noon, you will stop by the local Gibbs Farm. In the afternoon, you will watch the spectacular waterfall. After the trip, you will transfer to Manyara.

    Lake Manyara National Park - Departure from Tanzania

    The morning tour will begin with the visit of the famous Lake Manyara National Park. Stretching about 50 kilometers, Lake Manyara is like a pearl decorated in the base of the rusty and golden 600-metre cliff of Great Rift Valley. The Lake is also highly praised by Hemingway as the loveliest place in Africa. Besides, it is the representative place of wildlife reserves in Tanzania and the best place to learn birds’ habits. As a paradise for over 400 birds, the Lake attracts countless visitors every year. Even you just stay here for one day in your first trip of Africa, you may have the chance to see over 100 kinds of bird. Of all the birds, the most noticeable are pink flamingos which are always in migration and other giant water birds like pelicans, cormorants and storks. After the visit, you will take a bus to Arusha and then fly back home.
