We had a great vacation in China. It was an adventure and we saw lot of interesting things. Let me summarize the Highs as a feedback for you.

The organization of the tour including all questions before the tour went excellent. Thanks a lot for that.

During the whole tour we saw no risk to get lost due to your provided contact numbers. There was one risky situation in Xian, because of a delay of the train and bad communication at the station. I have called your contact number and had immediately support. Fortunately during the call we got in contact with our guide.

All tour guide helped us very much. We saw some differences with respect to provided info, but always in the range between good and great. All restaurants you have chosen for lunch were very good. Even on the boat at Guilin it was acceptable.

The trips from Shanghai to Suzhou, Suzhou to Luoyang and from Xian to Beijing were very good. The opportunity in Beijing to go into the hotel first and have breakfast and a shower was highly appreciated. The hotels you have chosen, were in most of the cases good. We now we only have booked 3 star level.

We enjoyed the tour organized for us by your agency. We were left with a positive impression of China owing to all your efforts.we could not appreciate that more.

The guides all showed up on time and made sure that we saw everything on the agenda. They did a good job; we got to all the sites we wanted to see and had sufficient time to see them. They were enthusiastic about the sites and also gave us some personal insights into life in China.

(Harbin) Our guide Hank's English was a little rough; however, he was a very enthusiastic tour guide and we enjoyed helping him with his English and talking with him. He took us to the provincial museum in Harbin. This is a local museum which covers everything from early man to the various Chinese dynasties; it is designed for touring school groups. It is not intended for tourists. Hank did not have comprehensive knowledge of all the exhibits, which is understandable because of the huge span of knowledge covered in the museum. We also toured the provincial museum in Xian. This museum is first class - it is comparable to the Smithsonian museums in Washington, D.C.

In Harbin, you arranged a dumpling lunch at a local restaurant for us. The restaurant had the best dumplings of the whole trip. The breakfast buffet at the Holiday Inn in Beijing was excellent-buffets are a good choice. In all cases, there was too much food served; we left a lot at the table.

All the drivers were cautious; all were very helpful and courteous. The car in Harbin did not have seat belts for us, which was of some concern. You should make sure that there are seat belts for everyone. The vehicles in Beijing and Xian did have passenger belts. The cars were all kept clean.

We were especially happy to see the Ice and Snow festival venues in Harbin. Everyone should make an effort to go there someday.

Thank you. We were completely satisfied with our sightseeing tour to Hangzhou. It was a nice city which made our stay very enjoyable. Also our comfortable stay owed to your ordered organization. Our lunch time meal at the Lily Hotel was delicious and plenty. Our guide, Pudding, speaks English very well and was informative and friendly. We knew more history and legends of your powerful country from his explanation. If we were back to China, we would like to ask for Pudding as our guide again. Our car was always in a clean condition.

Anyway, our feedback is just a short summary of our tour, well your service is really impressive. We will definitely consider to use your agency once again in the future.

After a while we are getting back to you. First of all, let me thank for the very well organized china tour. We had a wonderful time, and indeed, two weeks full of joyful experience.

The choice of visited sights was very good. We liked, that we have seen so much and had a really full program. Generally we liked the meals served during the tour. Our favourite restaurant was the Sichuan restaurant close to the Ming tombs for its cuisine and also the service. We also liked the dumplings, that we could taste the several fillings. We preferred more the cuisine of the north, than the south.

The guide in shanghai (jingjin) helped us a lot, when we needed to buy train tickets for further travel after the end of the tour. The cars were clean and the drivers had a positive attitude. In fact, in most of the cases, the driving style of the drivers during the sightseeing tours was very entertaining.

Please note our only complain of the overall organization, which is regarding the tipping. This was a rather uncomfortable obligation for us and often gave us a bad feeling. I think that one should not spend a second with heavy thinking about how and when and in what amount to tip the guides, when on a holiday. We suggest you to change this and instead, raise the price of the tour.

Dear Brenda and Judy,

We were very satisfied with the service and will certainly recommend it to our friends and we will travel with you if we visit China again. During our tour, the best hotel we have was Crown Plaza in Beijing. We like the Hyatt Regency buffet dinner and breakfast in Xian. About the food, Too much food everywhere we went, much more than 2 of us can take, suggest more dishes with smaller amount each. Also the minivan car kept clean and is very comfortable, enough space for our luggages, we greatly enjoy it. A/C was on all the time.

Our guide Mr. Kevin Tso was the best, very open, nice and warm, special thanks to him due to some misunderstanding on the hotel arrangement, my fault but he took care of it professionally and we were happy about the result. Ms. Tracy is Xian is just knowledgable.Ms. Aygul Tursun of Xinjiang is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Our driver Mr. Yang in Beijing was very polite and friendly, he told us a lot of interesting things and stories about Beijing and he is proud of his hometown. Kept his car very clean with no smoking smell at all, A/C was on all the time.

Highlight Attraction are recommend to you,
1 Dunhuang, Singing Sand Dune, Camel ride (a must)
2 Greatwall, Mutienyu section (nice autumn view and much less crowd)
3 Xian, Terracotta Warriors & Horses Museum
4 Xinjiang, Karakuri Lake, Pamir Plateau

Thanks for the tour. Overall the arrangements were flawless in that we had someone waiting for us at each airport, made sure we were properly checked in at our hotels, and were always on time in meeting us in the morning for our planned activities. They were also helpful at the restaurants with our meal orders.

All of the meals were outstanding. It's very difficult to pick a favorite. Our only suggestion would be to offer a few non-Chinese meals during the trip. Having Chinese food twice a day (lunch and dinner) overloaded us somewhat. Perhaps on the 3rd and 6th days, a non-Chinese food menu would be welcomed.

We had 4 guides during our trip and overall they all were very competent.

Nancy - Beijing
She was very friendly, helpful, and insightful - her age and maturity were a plus. She had a very in-depth knowledge of all the sites we visited and enjoyed sharing her information with us She often went out of her way to serve us.

Chen - Xian
She was a good guide with a positive attitude but not as much enthusiasm as the other two ranked higher. This could be due to her younger age. Her English was very good and easy to understand, Also she had a good understanding of the places we visited and shared her thoughts with us. She didn't have to be asked.

Alice - Guilin
She really enjoys her job and it shows in her enthusiasm.We were able to understand her alright but she wasn't as good as some others.She knew a lot about the key places we visited but it would have been nice if she offered some additional information on the places/neighborhoods while we were in route to the final destination. We had to ask questions versus information being offered freely.

Rebecca - Shanghai
She approached her position as a JOB and not with much enthusiasm. She made a comment that she's visited a certain place hundreds of times and didn't seem too thrilled to be there again.While Her English was very good and easy to understand.
She provided high level facts about the places we visited but was basically "going through the motions".

Anyway, all of the guides were outstanding with Rebecca being adequate. But of the 4 guides, Nancy stands out due to her willingness to serve and please us. She always asked if everything was alright and felt genuinely concerned for us.

All cars were in good shape although the driver in Guilin had some trouble with his air conditioner. All drivers were courteous.

Our Travel Counsellors Brenda and Judy were very responsive in answering questions during the planning stages and provided a very good itinerary.
