Very well organised tour. All queries via the internet, both before and during the tour, were answered in full and quickly. The tour guides extremely knowledgable, helpful and friendly. We were entirely happy with all aspects of their service, knowledge, pronunciation and attitude.Service and attitude of the driver and cleanliness of the car was acceptable at all times.The meals were all very nice with extremely generous portions. The restaurant in Beijing that served Szechuan food and also provided a show was a particular favourite.We would definitely consider using your services again.

Dear Ruby and Maggie

Our China tour with your agency was an enjoyable experience and we would recommend it to any traveller considering a tour in China. We liked having a group which consisted of people from around the world and the size of the group was good. The guides, food and accommodation were all excellent. A great first tour of China! Please see the details below.

1. We felt the time spent at all the sightseeing spots was excellent. We would loved to have had another day in each City at our leisure to explore more of the cities especially Yangshuo and Guilin.

2. The meals were firstclass. We enjoyed the more spicy food around Guilin and Yangshuo. Personally we don't like having fried rice at all the meals and would prefer plain rice. Also not too much Sweet and Sour Pork and Deep Fried Chicken. These meals were mainly in Shanghai.

3. All the guides spoke excellent english which we were able to understand well. Every guide was very informative and helpful.

4. We had buses on our tour and we would like to recommend the driver in Beijing as he had to work very hard to get us safely to our destinations and through the traffic.. All the other drivers and buses were excellent also.

I am just back from my Yunnan experience, a great trip to China , thanks to everyone for their help! Leave the evaluation below:

Meals: I chose only to have lunch pre-paid. Enjoyable and ordered as I specified- (mostly vegetarian) but way too much food for one person to eat!

Guides: All were on time, very helpful and eager to please meeting all the requests I had for hotel rooms, meals and sightseeing. All had good knowledge of English and communications were easy without problems.

Cars: Excellent drivers (I had two different ones). Vehicles were well maintained and comfortable with both drivers courteous and eager to please taking me just where I wanted to go.

I would especially like to thank Lisa in Kunming for her help and humor! She was very knowledgeable and fun to be with and went out of her way to please. Both of us learned much from one another! Cindy in Lijiang was also very personable, helpful and very kind.

Only disappointment was in the poor weather for most of the 9 days in Yunnan. The rainy season had not yet ended as expected. Although nothing could be done about the weather, clients should be advised to bring appropriately warm clothing, boots and rain gear- all of which I had packed "just in case". Hotels were quite comfortable and in central locations from which one could explore surrounding areas on foot.

Thanks again to everyone for making this china trip a memorable one! I will highly recommend your services to others and expect to book future trips with your company possibly to Tibet in the near future.

I appreciated the efforts you did on my part and we give some comments below.

1. The meals were delicious. I especially enjoyed the restaurants in Beijing.

2. Both guides were wonderful. Both spoke English well, but Jane's English is especially excellent. Nancy was very knowledgeable about Chinese history, artwork, and architecture. Jane performed as if she had many years of experience as a tour guide.

3. The cars were clean.

4. The hotels were outstanding. I defintieley enjoyed the Beijing Holiday Inn Central Plaza.
