Vietnam Weather in December

Hanoi Perfume Pagoda

The Perfume Pagoda is a famous place for worshiping Buddha which attracts hundreds of visitors every year. And it’s also one of the most beautiful spots in the north of Vietnam. You must take a boat through a small stream, Yen stream. Yen stream got its name from its shape, which looks like a swallowtail. Besides, there are some exciting places, like Huong Tich caves. It is very big and full of statues of the Buddha’s and strange stalactites.

Ha Long Bay

The bay lies in the north of Vietnam and is 150 kilometers away from Hanoi. It is one of the most famous travelling spots in the world. The clean water, blue sky and strange stones consist of the beauty of Ha Long Bay. Except enjoying sunshine on the beaches, you can go to the Cruise Island, which is the only soil island in Ha Long Bay. Besides, there are lots of caves which are all fancy art museums of various kinds of stalactites.

Mong Cai

Mong Cai is located in the northeast of Vietnam and the largest boarder trade market in Vietnam, so many people come here to go shopping. You can also walk through the Southeast Asian style village which is the largest travelling spot in Mong Cai. Also, you can enjoy f historical relics, folk culture and delicious food of Vietnam, India, Laos and Burma in Mong Cai.

Ban Gioc Waterfall

It is the second largest transnational waterfall and one of the 10 most spectacular waterfalls in the world which lies in the border between China and Vietnam. When you stand under the waterfall, you can hear the echo of the water splashing, it’s very exciting. December is the blooming season of wild sunflowers and buckwheat flowers which grow on the two sides of the cliff. The colorful flowers and the silver waterfall has consist a nature landscape painting.
