Terms and Conditions

Loyalty coupon is only available to repeat customers who have previously made bookings with Agate Travel (Agate) or its sister website TravelChinaGuide (TCG), booking their next guided tour taking 7 days or more.
Except as otherwise indicated, the loyalty coupon cannot be combined with other discounts and preferential policies.
Referrer will be rewarded a US$100 coupon for every booking after their referred friends finish their trip.
Referred guests should be new customers. In other words, he/she has never traveled with Agate or TCG before.
Loyalty coupons can be used along with the referral coupons, with an upper limit of US$500 per booking.
All of the coupons you received are applicable to all trips lasting 7 or more days and covering all destinations listed on Agate and TCG. The validity of your coupons is 2 years.
The coupons are not valid for the bookings from a third platform or other tour operators.
