Your Complete Guide on Dabolim Airport (GOI)

Goa International Airport, also called Dabolim Airport (GOI) is the only existing international airport of the state Goa. Operated by the Airports Authority of India (AAI), it is one of the busiest airports in India. Close to the Dabolim Township, the airport is well connected to all the important cities of the state. Almost all the major national and international carriers have regular flights in and out of Goa, due to the state being a popular tourist destination.
Since Dabolim Airport is a civil enclave (a part of the military airbase being used for civil aviation), a second airport is being constructed in the North Goa. According to available reports, the construction is due to completion in 2020 - 2021, so that the traffic might be eased since then.
