Noteworthily, desert areas experience large diurnal temperature differences and the night degrees might be rather low, thus thick clothes should be prepared if you plan to enjoy night activities like campfire party and observing stars.

Time You Had Better Avoid - Ramadan

You had better avoid Ramadan (the month of fast) since there are a lot of inconveniences and taboos you should pay close attention to. During this period, some institutions like banks and attractions adopt a new time table and shorten the opening time at daytime; a large number of restaurants and shops keep closed for the whole day or just provide take-out service, which means it is highly possible that you can get food only after sunset. It is the same true for other festivals but they have only one day off, thus less negative impact on your travel schedule is made. If you prefer a tranquil trip, be sure to avoid these periods.
