September Travel Guide – Where to Go & Tips
Tourism Rate:

Chiang Rai
It has two magnificent temples that must be visited. One is the White Temple representing heaven. Although it was built in 1997, it has a sense of history and the building is so spectacular and white dazzling. Visiting the White Temple, tourists need to walk crossing a bridge, through which the Buddha can deliver them from torment. The other is the Black Temple representing hell, which displays a large number of exhibits about death and hell. The entire Black Temple and its architectural complex form a huge open, garden-style private museum.

Tip: The traffic in Chiang Rai is very inconvenient so you should book a chartered car to travel around.

Chiang Mai
Chiang Mai Old City is the cultural relics left behind by Lanatai Dynasty. It still remains ancient city walls and moats. Visitors can appreciate Wat Phra That, Wat Chedi Luang inside.

In the suburb of Chiang Mai, Maetaeng Elephant Park is a fun site for travel. The dozens of elephants there come to the river to take a bath under the command of trainers; they can play football and even paint. Visitors can sit on the elephant traveling through the jungle, which is so exciting.

Chiang Mai Sunday Walking Street is another great place to go. It is the largest and most lively night market in Chiang Mai. Every Sunday at 4pm, starting from the east gate of the ancient city, it becomes a pedestrian street along 1km range around the Ratchadamnoen Road. The lively scene continues until midnight.

Tip: The national anthem is played at the night market at around 18:00, and at that time the entire market is quiet. Visitors should do as the Romans - do not speak.

Bangkok
As the capital of Thailand, Bangkok has so many interesting places worth visiting. For example, you can go to the Bangkok National Museum. It displays carvings and works of art from
