Cambodia Weather in February

The climate in February is very pleasant and it is very suitable for traveling to Cambodia. As the capital of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Phnom Penh is absolutely one of the best place to go for a visit. It is the largest city in Cambodia and the political, economic, cultural, transportation, trade and religious center of Cambodia. And there are many famous tourist attractions such as Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, Royal Palace, National Museum, Boeng Kak and so on.

Phnom Penh Palace, named after its location at the confluence of Mekong River, Tonle Sap Lake and Bassa River, was built by King Norodom from 1866 to 1870. It is full of traditional Khmer architectural style and religious color. However, the following two points should be noted. First, it is not allowed to wear exposed clothes when entering the palace. It is recommended to wear a long sleeves and trousers or dress over the knee, otherwise tourists may be refused entry. Second, people need to take off their shoes and hats when visiting the Coronation Palace and the Silver Pagoda, and photography is strictly prohibited in the palace.
