Travel Recommendations & Tips

To make most of your day for visiting, you’d better start your day early. Or it is a wise idea for you to book a hotel room with nice view, so that you can see the splendid sunrise of Mount Fuji from the window if the weather is good when you get up.

In sunny weather, you’re highly recommended to rent a bike and go cycling around the Lake areas, enjoying the fresh air and landscape of Mount Fuji from different angles; or take a walk in the Oishi Park where the grassland has mostly turned pink and red from green.

Don’t go back too late, because the sun sets early and the perceived temperature will drop. It is best to bring a coat to avoid catching a cold.
