Kerala Weather in April

It is the most beautiful and vibrant temple festival in Kerala. This city is known as the cultural capital of Kerala. This is a more than the 1000-year-old temple having a collection of beautiful Mural paintings. The structure is a great representative of ancient India. It displays its original colors to date without much preservation. Though non-Hindus are not allowed in Vadakummnathan temple, they can look at the photos while standing outside.

Shakthan Thampuran Palace (4.1/5 stars)
There is also a preserved historical site called Shakthan Thampuran Palace which used to be the royal residence of the king of Cochin. It is popularly called as Vadakkekara Palace and was constructed in 1795. Now it is under the control of the Archaeological Survey of India and serves as a Museum. This Museum is consist of different bronze and granite sculpture, coins, and inscription plates and can be the great choice to visit in hot Kerala weather in April.

Tips: Carry sufficient bottles of water and drink coconut water which are easily available at various stalls located on the roadside.
