Transferring Trains from Tokyo Narita Airport to Haneda Airport

With no direct train to reach Haneda Airport from Narita Airport, you have to transfer among the Keikyu lines, JR lines, Toei Subway & Tokyo Metro lines, and Keisei lines. There are more than one transfer plans by trains, vice versa.

Here are the handiest transfer plans:

JR Narita Express (70 min) + Keikyu Lines (15 min), about 1.5h, JPY 3,580-3,780
JR Narita Express (60 min) + Tokyo Monorail (20 min), about 1.5h at least, JPY 3,770-3,980
Keisei Skyliner (41 min) + JR Yamanote Line + Keikyu Lines/Tokyo Monorail, 1.5-2 hours, about JPY 3,200-3,390

Notes:

Narita Express aka N’EX and Skyliner are the fastest as going from/to Narita Airport, meanwhile it’s also expensive than other means. And, you may need to wait for the train sometimes.
If you take JR ordinary lines or Keisei Main Line, and transfer to the metro lines & private rail lines, the travelling time may be over 2 hours; but it is much cheaper as the price won’t be higher than JPY 2,000 at most.
As there are multiple transfer schemes available, you can search the routes in time via Apps like Google Map, and then select the fastest, cheapest, or that with the fewest transfers.

Expensive Tokyo Airport Taxies

Of course you can get to the airport from the other by taxi in Tokyo, however, the taxi fare is really expensive. It can be reached in 2-3 hours for very possible traffic jams, with a cost of JPY 30,000-38,400 or so during the day. At late night, it’s JPY 7,000-8,000 more expensive for the night surcharge.

Thus, it is not recommended unless you have to shuttle when other means of transportation have been closed at dead of night or you have a few fellows to share the expense.
