It takes 1-1.5 hours to reach Shinjuku from Haneda Airport. However, the estimated travelling time is inaccurate because it’s likely to be stuck in the traffic jam or something else. Thereout, the fare would also change accordingly.

Ferry around Tokyo Bay

Located by Tokyo Bay, Haneda Airport has a wharf with the regular boat route to Yokohama Minato Mirai Pukarisanbashi Pier. You’d better consult and book the ticket in advance if you would like a cruise, as there is one trip (16:45-18:15) opened on Sunday only. There was the cruise to Odaiba Seaside Park, where more water buses accessible to Asakusa and more piers along the Sumida River. But it has been out of service tentatively.
