By 03-Blue Line bus you can reach Sisowath Quay in just 26 minutes. It will cost you around $1.  The bus will drop you at the Central Market. From there you need to walk for approx. 1.7 km (1 mi), which will take 20 minutes.

2. Train

You can board a train after every 30 minutes and it also takes 30 minutes to reach Phnom Penh Station. It will cost you around $2 to $5.  After reaching Phnom Penh Station, there are still around 2.5 km (1.6 mi) to reach Sisowath Quay.

3. Taxi
