Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu, Airport pick-up
When you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, Nepal, our representative will pick you up, and then transfer you to the hotel. During the rest free time of the day, you may take a stroll in the famous tourist area of Kathmandu, Thamel. There are many souvenir shops and authentic Nepalese cuisine. A brief introduction to the Manaslu circuit trek will be given later today in the hotel lobby.

Day 2: Kathmandu city tour
Today, we will visit the World Heritage Sites of Kathmandu: Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Swayambhunath, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. It will be an interesting day to see the great integration of religion, culture and architecture in different areas of Kathmandu. After the tour, make the final preparations for the Manaslu trek, obtaining the permit and other required documents.

Day 3: Take bus to Sotikhola
We will leave early after breakfast. First, take the bus from Kathmandu to Dhading Besi, and enjoy the beautiful scenery of hills, terraces, fields and rivers along the way. Then continue to drive through the rugged rocky road to Arughat. After, we will drive for 2 hours more from Arughat to Sotikhola and stay overnight.

Day 4: Trek to Machhakhola
Since today's trek is about 6-7 hours long, we need to start early. After passing the famous Sotikhola Suspension Bridge, we will hike through the Sal Forest and reach the ridge above the swift Budhi Gandaki River. Then, continue to Khursane. After, trek on the path covered with rocks and through waterfalls, cliffs, terraces, to Gurung village in Labubesi. Next, we will cross the sandy river bed, climb over the stone ridge, down to the river bank, cross the suspension bridge, and reach the village of Machcha Khola (870 meters) in the end of the day. Stay overnight here.

Day 5: Trek to Jagat
From Machhakhola, we will follow a narrow path through Tharo Khola to Khorlabesi. Then go uphill and downhill to the popular Tatopani hot spring. We will stay here for a while and enjoy the natural sauna in the hot springs to relieve the fatigue of our long journey. Later, we will climb over another ridge and cross Budhi Gandaki via another suspension bridge. After that, climb the stairs and cross a ridge to Doban. After passing the suspension bridge, we will once again climb the stone steps, down to the river, and climb a few more stairs to Thado Bharyang. Then we will cross the west bank of Budhi Gandaki and a ridge, and trek along the river to our destination today, Jagat village (1,340 meters).

Day 6: Trek to Deng
Today we will first climb over the rocky ridge, pass through Salleri, and arrive at Sirdibas. Then, continue to Ghatta Khola, cross a long suspension bridge and walk upstream to a Gurung Village in Phillim. From the lower points of the village, we need to follow the path to the north to Ekle Bhatti. We will have lunch here. Afterwards, we will start from a steep gorge, then go down the grassy hillside to Budhi Gandaki, cross the bridge connecting the west and east banks twice, and reach Deng Khola after trekking through the bamboo forest. At last, cross the river to arrive at Deng village (1,860 meters).

Day 7: Trek to Namrung
We will set off from Deng, walk a short distance through Budhi Gandaki, climb over Rana and head west to Budhi Gandaki Valley. Then the path will lead us through the forest, the painted Mani Stone and Ghap Village to Prok Village. There, we can see the beautiful view of Siring Himal. We will then continue to walk along the river, cross the river many times, and through dense forests and Gompas. When we cross the river in a canyon, the trail becomes flat. And after the last steep climb, we will reach Namrung (2,630 meters) where you can appreciate Siring and Ganesh Himal and Mt. Himal Chuli. We will spend the night in Namrung.

Day 8: Trek to Lho
After breakfast, we will start our today's  trek with our luggage. We will climb over the steep hillside, through the forest, and come to Lihi Village. Lihi is famous for its terraced fields with chortens and barley. After passing the Simnang valley, Sho village, we will finally arrive at Lho (3,180 meters) for overnight stay. There in the late afternoon, we will visit a local monastery.

Day 9: Trek to Samagaun
Today we will pass through Shyala Village to Sama Village where we can see the breathtaking scenery of Mount Manaslu. We will also explore the famous Ribung Gompa. The magnificent view of mountains and glaciers is the highlight of today. We will then trek to Samagaun (3,500 meters) to stay for one night.

Day 10: Acclimatizing day at Samagaun
To adapt to the rising altitude, we will stop in Samagaun for a day to explore the surrounding area. The main attraction here is Pungyen Gompa. Located on a mountain, it features the spectacular view of the glacier. If you are energetic, you can visit it by yourself. Then the guide will lead the group to hike to nearby Gompa which is named after the two peaks of Manaslu, meaning bracelets. After a detour, we will return to Samagaun.

Day 11: Trek to Samdo
We will walk upstream along the Budhi Gandaki River, come to a creek, and then pass a suspension bridge. From here, we will follow the road on the right to Larkya la, which is relatively easy to walk. After trekking through Mani walls, Juniper and birch forests, we will pass the bridge over the Budhi Gandaki River again. Continue walking forward, cross a stone arch, and arrive at Samdo (3,860 meters).

Day 12: Trek to Dharamasala
Today we will start from a wooden bridge over the Budhi Gandaki River, and then hike all the way up. We will see several streams and Larkya glacier, then walk up the valley and come to a guesthouse called Dharmashala (4,480 meters), also known as Larke Phedi. Today's short hike provides enough rest time for you to accommodate the long journey follows.

Day 13: Cross the Larke pass, Trek down to Bimtang
First we will trek a short distance to a valley to the north side of Larkya glacier, which offers a panoramic view of Larkya peak. Then hike up the moraine of a glacier. When we reach the end of the moraine, the road will become very steep, so be careful. Afterwards, we will arrive at Larke pass (5,213 meters) where we can enjoy the breathtaking and magnificent scenery of Himlung, Cheo, Kanggru and Annapurna. Today's hike is longer than other days. In the dim light of the dusk, we will arrive at the guesthouse located in the low pasture. The exquisite Mount Manaslu will make us feel that all the efforts are worthwhile.

Day 14: Trek to Tilije
After enjoying the magnificent mountain scenery from a ridge of Bimtang (3,720 meters), we will hike down through a high pasture, cross the bridge over the Dudh Khola river, through rhododendron forests, narrow valleys and fields, and then climb up the river bank leading to Gho village. Then after a short walk, we will arrive at Tilije (2,300 meters).

Day 15: Trek to Dharapani and take shared jeep or bus to Besishar
Walk on a path paved with stones, pass through a beautiful village, a bridge, an arch and Mani walls and stop at Thonje village. After passing a police checkpoint, we will enter the Annapurna circuit section and head towards Dharapani. There, we will take a jeep or bus to Besishar, spending 4-5 hours.

Day 16: Take bus back to Kathmandu
Today we will take the bus back to Kathmandu. Since the bus will run along the banks of the Marsyangdi and Trishuli rivers, we can enjoy the beautiful rice fields, terraces, rivers and valleys, as well as refreshing hills and mountains through the glass windows. After a few hours' drive, we will reach Kathmandu and spend the last night in Nepal.

Day 17: Departure from Kathmandu, Airport see-off
On the last day of the trip, we will send you to the airport and see you off. Welcome you to visit this Himalaya kingdom again and explore more hidden treasures of this country.
