We will drive for 3-4 hours along highway to Awash National Park. Located in the Great Rift Valley, The Awash National Park is Ethiopia's earliest and best-developed wildlife reserve. Ethiopia's second longest River, the Awash River, runs through the Awash National Park, forming some waterfalls.
Enter the Awash National Park and you will first see a wide prairie, home to many of East Africa's savannah animals, such as giraffes and buffalo. We will have the game drive in the afternoon. You could see Beisa Oryx grazing, observe Soemmering's Gazelle, Dikdiks, greater and lesser Kudu and Waterbuck. Accompanied by a local guide, we will search for wild animals concealed in the forests and admire the famous Awash falls.
