Costa Rica Highlights Tour

The driver will greet you warmly at Juan Santamaria International Airport when you reach the arrival hall and then transfer you to the hotel. In the rest free time of the day, you can stroll around in the downtown area or go shopping on your own.

After picking you up at the hotel on time by driver guide, we will set out to the first destination of our Costa Rica tour packages, La Fortuna. This city is 147 kilometers (91 miles) away and we will get there in about 3 hours. On the way, follow the driver guide to take a Coffee tour at Doka Coffee Plantation to learn about the working process, picking, cleaning, baking, grinding. You will also visit the Poas Volcano and La Paz Waterfall Gardens. Finally the driver guide will transfer you to La Fortuna and check in the hotel.

After breakfast, we will first head to Mistico Arenal Hanging Bridge Park to watch the rainforests in a different perspective. In addition, you can observe the various birds and plants. Then visit La Fortuna Waterfall. After lunch, we will go to visit Costa Rican most famed and active volcano Arenal Volcano and Arenal Lake. To enjoy a leisure night, we will arrange you a bath in Tabacon Hot Spring formed due to the volcano.

After enjoying a breakfast in the morning, we will leave for Tortuguero on Caribbean coast 210 kilometers (130 miles) away with driver. First, take the car for 1.5 hours to Guapiles. Then, the Lodge will arrange shared bus to pick up you there to drive around 1.5 hours and then take a boat for 1.5 hours to arrive. In the afternoon, the guide will lead you to visit the Tortuguero village and Sea Turtle Museum in group.

In the morning, we will enjoy a boat tour through Tortuguero channels to search for the varieties of wildlife and appreciate the luxuriant vegetation. After lunch, the guide will take you enter into the jungle through a private nature trail to observe the lovely animals and beautiful scenery. In the evening, you are free to arrange a tour to see the green sea turtles nesting and laying eggs on the beach during July to October (The charge is on your own.)

Today's destination is Puerto Viejo de Talamanca. We will go back to Guapiles by boat and bus, and then the private driver will pick up and drive around 2 hours to the city. After dealing with the check-in, you can enjoy the rest free time.

Today, we will join in a group tour. Snorkeling is our first activity. Under the companion of the captain and guide, you will board a ship for 12 persons to explore the coast of Cahuita National Park. Then enjoy a snorkeling for 2 hours in the most important coral reefs of Costa Rica. The equipment offered covers mask, flippers and snorkel. Afterwards, the guide will accompany you to experience an unforgettable hiking tour in Cahuita National Park when you may see various snakes, sloths, white-faced or howler monkeys, anteaters, armadillos and so on. After lunch, we will return to the hotel. The rest time is spent at leisure, you can enjoy a completely relaxing time on the beach.
