Costa Rica Honeymoon Package

In the early morning, the driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby. We will drive through the Braulio Carrillo National Park to Guapiles District in 1.5 hours to join in a group tour in Tortuguero. After having breakfast at a typical restaurant en route, the shared bus arranged by the Lodge will pick you up and continue to drive along the roads between the banana plantation and a picturesque town and get to a wharf in 1.5 hours. Afterwards, we will travel through the magic forests in 1.5 hour by boat and reach Tortuguero by the Caribbean Sea. The whole journey is 135 kilometers (84 miles). After a late lunch, we will join in a group tour to the Botanical Garden.

Today, we will take boat to sail across Tortuguero Canal to search for birds, monkeys, crocodiles and sloths meanwhile appreciate the lush vegetations. In the afternoon, we will go to tour around the Tortuguero town. At night, if you like, you can go to observe the green sea turtle nesting and laying eggs (The seasons of nesting is from July to October and the extra charge is at your own expense).

We will set out to the next destination - La Fortuna. The well-known active Arenal Volcano is located there. First, we need to take a boat and then transfer to a shared bus to Guapiles. Your private driver will pick up you and transfer around 3.5 hours to La Fortuna. The whole journey is 210 kilometers (130 miles). After reaching there, check in at the hotel for refreshing.

After breakfast, we will head to Mistico Arenal Hanging Bridge Park. With high vegetation coverage, humidity and oxygen content, it is suitable for animals to live and plants to grow. During the skywalk over the forests, you will see various birds, orchids, and even sloths or howler monkeys. Next, let's proceed to the La Fortuna Waterfall. After lunch, visit the Arenal Volcano, it is one of the most active volcanos in the world and the most popular and active volcano in the country. Then follow the driver guide to explore the Arenal 1968 Trail and stroll around the Arenal Lake. In the evening,enjoy a leisure time to bath in the Tabacon Hot Spring.

In the morning, we will take a Don Juan Coffee & Chocolate Tour and you will learn how to pick, clean, bake and grind the beans. Then we will drive 5.5 hours to Manuel Antonio in Quepos which is 230 kilometers (143 miles) away with driver. On the way, you can watch the coastal scenery and the small villages along the Pacific Ocean. After reaching Manuel Antonio and finishing the check-in procedures, you can enjoy the rest time as you like.

Manuel Antonio National Park is regarded as one of the most beautiful gardens in Costa Rica. We are going to hike in the park to explore the abundant floras and faunas and natural wonders of tropical rainforests in the morning. The afternoon is your own free time, and you can spend a relaxing time to enjoy a sun bath or appreciate the sunset on the beach.

This morning is arranged on your own. In the afternoon, the driver will drive back to San Jose which is 160 kilometers (100 miles) away and takes about 4 hours.
