Day 1: Arrival in Melbourne When your flight arrives at Melbourne Airport, you will meet our driver-guide at the exit and then be transferred to the hotel. In the afternoon, you can have a rest to prepare for the following itinerary or explore the city by yourself. Accommodation: Crowne Plaza Melbourne (4 stars)
Day 2: Travel along Great Ocean Road to Warrnambool First, we will take the car and travel along Great Ocean Road to watch the scenery of the beach, the quaint Lorne Town, beautiful Apollo Bay and Twelve Apostles. Then continue moving forward to Loch Ard Gorge and London Bridge. Finally, we will arrive at Warrnambool Town, the ending of the Great Ocean Road. It is renowned as "Whaling Town" and now is famous for watching the migrating southern right whales. Every June to September, the southern right whales will migrate from the Antarctica to the sea here to play and give birth to babies. Day 3: Tour Tower Hill Wildlife Reserve, Drive to Mt. Gambier to Naracoorte Tower Hill Wildlife Reserve is our first stop today. During the tour, the guide will introduce you the plants, wildlife and volcanic forms in the region in details. Then we will enter South Australia via Mt. Gambier where the Blue Lake is located. Afterwards, continue to the world-famous Coonawarra wine region to taste the local wine and finally tour Alexandra Cave. At the end of the day, we will get to Naracoorte and stay overnight in a local hotel. Day 4: Sightsee Fleurieu Peninsula, Transfer to Kangaroo Island by Boat Today, we will proceed to Fleurieu Peninsula where boasts the beaches. The beaches there are different from each other but all have unique features and beautiful scenery. The guide will also lead you to visit the charming seaside town - Victor Harbor. Then take the boat to Kangaroo Island which is famous for the characteristic natural scenery and high-quality agricultural products. Next, we are going to explore the only boutique brewery in Australia and savor some award-winning Australian gins and wines. In the evening, check in to the hotel in Kingscote town. Day 5: Tour around Kangaroo Island The exploration of Kangaroo Island will start from the Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch. Then go sightseeing Hanson Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, one of the best places on the island to observe the natural habitat of Australian wildlife. Afterwards, the guide will lead you to Seal Bay Conservation Park to watch the endangered Australian sea lions. The rest time of today will be left for your own arrangement. Day 6: Transfer to Adelaide by Car In the morning, we will return to the inland by ferry and then head to the picturesque Adelaide by car. The driver guide will introduce you the history of the city during the trip. After arrival, check into the hotel. In the afternoon, you can enjoy the leisure time as you like. Day 7: Day Trip in Adelaide with Adelaide Hills The whole day will be spent touring the rolling Adelaide Hills and the famous Barossa Valley. First, we will stop over at the picturesque Hahndorf where is the existing most ancient inhabitation for the Germans in Australia. You can wander along the tree-lined streets and visit some quaint stores. Afterwards, continue to Barossa Valley. We are going to tour the well-known Seppeltsfield, taste the delicious wine and explore the Jam Factory to see the local craftsmen working. In the end, go back to Adelaide by car.
