Your tour service far surpassed our expectations. We were not clear on booking it that our tours would be completely private, with a car/driver and guide to serve us. This proved to be extremely enjoyable as we were able to customize our trip as we went, when needed.

For example, one day we were tired and needed a bit of a rest and were able to rearrange our schedule. On another occasion, we substituted another museum for the original plan in order to see some new sites. The fact that we were not traveling with a bus full of other tourists made the trip exceptional.

All of the meals were excellent, the cars and drivers were clean and punctual and we enjoyed all of the guides. It was fun to have a different guide in each city because they each had a little different personality and sense of humor and we were able to learn more about the Chinese people that way. In particular, Lily in Xian and Ian in Shanghai did an exceptional job.

Since our return, we have told many friends about your agency and we would recommend it highly.

l. Meals: We were very happy with the food. In general, wherever we travel to, we like to try local dishes. During our stay in Xian, we all like the food served in a Sichuan restaurant the best.

2. Guide: We were fortunate to have a wonderful guide Miss Zhang Bao yun who was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with excellent language skill.

3. The Car:The car you provided us was adequate in size and was always kept clean by the driver Mr Zhang who was experiensed, knowledgeable and friendly.

4. Our special thanks must go to Brenda Wang for making the tour
arrangements possible in such a short notice (one day only).

Again, thank you very much for making our Xian Trip a memorable

We have already commented on the Tibet tour: very good and helpful guide; car and driver are good; meals and hotel are also good; problem with seating allocation on the train.

We especially enjoyed the trip to Yellow mountain and found the guide delightful and genuinely helpful.

We were very happy with the hotel and meals in Shanghai. The guide that picked us up from the airport and took us for the first day (Thursday) had good English and knowledge.
