First I want to thank your company for a great China experience. We started the small group tour after sightseeing Beijing on ourselves for a few days.

It was a great and convenient way to see some of the main tourist attractions of China. The hotels, the food, guides and transportation/transfers were superb. Especially the guide in Guilin (Jessie) was very experienced.

The only downside was the crowded sights because of a Chinese national holiday (first week of October). When we come to China next time we will book a tour from your company!

We enjoyed our tour and were very satisfied.

Our hotel was wonderful, the breakfast there excellent, and the meals arranged outside of the hotel were also very good.

Our guide was excellent. He was enthusiastic and intelligent and very polite. He told us many interesting things and answered all of our questions and we enjoyed our discussions with him very much. His ability to express himself in English was very very good and it was a pleasure to be with him.

Our car and driver were also top notch. The car was immaculate and the driver most professional.

Thank you for checking back. My clients are very happy with your service during their stay in China. In fact they said it’s one of the best trips they have ever been to. So overall, everything is excellent.

He does have one comment about the food, he suggested that if you can arrange some western style restaurants (maybe just once or twice), it will help out some of the people who are the first time in China or even Asia, and have difficulties adjusting the food in such a short period, it would be quite helpful. Your service is GREAT! Thank you very much. They had a wonderful time!

First of all I would like to say what a wonderful holiday we had and how much we enjoyed seeing all the marvellous sites in China, particularly the Terracotta Warriors and the Great Wall-so many memories. The group we were with were also very pleasant, which added to the enjoyment.

The guides were all pleasant and well informed, the ones in Xian and Shanghai I thought particularly good. Their English was good and they tried to be as helpful as possible (this is all the guides). Their English was understandable, and if you asked a question they understood. They all had a good knowledge of the places we visited, even the one on the boat.

The coaches were clean and the drivers helpful in getting on and off etc.

I did enjoy the Lecture, (in Xian) as it was interesting to learn about modern China and what the future may be.

Firstly apologies for taking so long to reply to you.Here are our comments on our wonderful China holiday.

The food overall was one of the highlights of the holiday. For me the favourite was a lunch we had in Guilin. I can't remember the Restaurant but it might have been Rosemary's. Maggie,the guide would of course know. The pizzeria maggie took us to on the first night there was also v.good. Altohugh we did not eat Chinese cuisine there.The Peking Duck Meal in Beijing (I think) was also good, although we had to smile about one of the starters which when we eat it seemed to just be boney chicken.So we asked the waitress what it was and she said "Chicken bones" so we thought that was spot on.if you see what I mean. All the hotel breakfasts were super, the only exception being Lhasa, which was average.The meals on the Victoria Rose were also very high quality and were the crew overall.

All the guides were most attentive and we enjoyed their company greatly and exchanged much information with them. Their use of English was super. Sometimes accents vary from place to place, but that cannot be reflected on the guides and I soon got used to such changes. All the guides were good and even though I had read extensively about places we were visiting they still had new information to impart to us.

All the cars were modern, tidy and skillfully driven especially those in the heavy traffic of Hong Kong, Shanghai, Xian & Beijing.

I have booked holidays through the Internet before, but it is always a concern. From the very first contact I made with Warriortours I felt confident I was dealing with a bonafide and efficient organisation.

All of my emails (36) were answered by Emma & Ruby, some almost immediately and none ever went more than a day without reply. An example of how impressive your agency were is how we were orinally scheduled to stay out of the centre of Shanghai, but shortly before we were due to travel agency contacted me to say they wished to switch us from the 5 star hotel to a 4 star hotel in the centre of Shanghai, the Sofitel. On consulting my map of Shanghai it appeared the hotel was better placed, so I accepted this recommendation. Warriortours said the standard of the room would be higher in the Sofitel and it would cost more money than the room in the former hotel, but they would cover the small difference.This turned out to be a wonderful suggestion, as the sofitel is right on the Nanjing Road, the happening street in Shanghai, with it's wonderful atmospheric walk down to the superb Bund and Waterfront. In addition we had a suite in the Sofitel on both nights we were there, well done Warriortours.

Another nice touch was the fact that Ruby, who I had exchanged the 36 emails with, actually came to see us when we were having a lunch in Xi'an. Great personal service.

Warriortours are by far the best internet travel organisation I have ever dealt with.

Dear Mrs Teng and Lu!

We liked the chosen restaurants on the whole. Especially nice was "Fried chicken with nuts" As we only had one guide (Ms Ting Song) we can only say that we were fully satisfied with her in every aspect.The car was comfortable and very well looked after, clean.

We enjoyed our stay in Beijing very much, it was an experience for our lifetime. The organization and taking care of us was excellent.
