Best Kyrgyzstan Tour

Welcome to the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek and join our 10-day Kyrgyzstan tour package! When you arrive at the airport, your tour guide and the driver will meet you up at Arrival Hall, then send you to the hotel. You can have lunch and have a rest in the hotel. Later, if time permits, we will start our Bishkek city tour.

Head to the Old Square then walk into Oak Park, Bishkek's oldest Park. In the city's central Ala-Too Square, where stand a statue of the national hero Manas and the tallest flagpole in the country, you can watch the guards perform a shift ceremony. Finally, we will see the National Opera and Ballet Theatre of Abdylas Maldybayev from outside.

After breakfast, our tour guide and the driver will pick you up from the hotel, and then drive to the Burana Tower near the town of Tokmok. Located in the ancient city of Balasagun (capital of the Karakhanid Empire), it was an important trading center on the ancient Silk Road. You can climb to the top of the tower and enjoy the surrounding scenery. Next we will drive through the vast Chui Valley to Kemin Village. In the evening we would stay at a guesthouse in the edge of the Kemin Village, which is near mountain forest so we can reach there on foot. Chon Kemin Valley is rich in flora and fauna. The lush pastures, dense fir forests, clear lakes and magnificent mountains will make you linger on. If you want to experience horse trekking, you can rent a horse at your own expense to travel through Chon Kemin Valley.

In the morning we will drive to Boom Gorge, and will go trekking in the Konorchok Canyon. The rocks here have been weathered and rain-drenched for years and have taken various forms. After that we will go to Kochkor Village in the afternoon, and pass Orto-Tokoy Water Reservoir on our way. Kochkor is famous for its felt. We can visit Altyn Kol here and then go to the market to experience the local customs. Don't worry about the language. The guide will accompany you all the way.

Today we plan to head to Song Kol Lake. On the way, pass the Kalmak Ashuu Pass (Alt 3,446 meters), where you can enjoy the stunning scenery of Song Kol Lake. As the second largest lake of Kyrgyzstan, Song Kol Lake is situated in a vast plateau region at an altitude of 3,016 meters. Every summer the pastoralists, with their cattle, sheep and yaks, spend the whole season here. In the afternoon we will pay a visit to a nomad's house, and in the evening we will live in a tidy and comfortable yurt camp near the lake.

After breakfast, we will go to a famous tourist resort, Issyk-Kul Lake, known as the pearl of Central Asia. It is the largest lake in the country and the second largest alpine lake in the world. 4.5 hours later we will arrive at Kyzyl-Tuu Village and have lunch and rest at a local's home. In the afternoon we will go to Bokonbayevo on the south bank of Issyk-Kul Lake. Here you will be able to take a closer look at the Golden Eagle, which the local hunters have dubbed the godbirds. And those hunters would love to share interesting hunt stories of Golden Eagle with you. Then we are going to Tamga and stay there tonight in a yurt. After having dinner we'll head to Canyon Fairy Tale to see the magnificent Danxia landscape, where the rocks of various shapes apprear in a breathtaking variety of colors.

On the sixth day of Kyrgyzstan tourism packages, we will drive towards Karakol along the south bank of Issyk-Kul Lake. On the way we will pass through the Juuku Valley, so you can get off and try the hot springs in the valley, which is both relaxing and healthy. Then we will go to one of the most beautiful gorges in Kyrgyzstan, Jeti-Oguz Canyon. You can see the famous "Seven Bulls Rocks" and the "Broken Heart" here. We will arrive in Karakol in the afternoon.

We will take a half day tour to explore Karakol. Today we will visit the Russian Orthodox Church and Dungan Mosque. The Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Cathedral is a typical Russian Orthodox Church with a blue appearance and unique shape. It is located in the center of Karakol and was built in 1910. Then we will go to Karakol National Park, south of Karakol, which is a good place to stroll around. At noon we will have a picnic outside. If it happens to be Sunday morning, we can visit the animal market in Karakol Town to learn about the locals' lifestyle, culture and customs.

Today we will begin our day trip of Kyrgyzstan tourism packages to the north shore of Issyk-Kul Lake. We will start with one hour hike in the beautiful Grigoryevka gorge. Walking up the river bank, you can see a variety of highland plants. Then we will head to Cholpon Ata, a paradise for swimmers with its fine beaches and clear water. The historic open-air Museum of Petroglyphs is also worth a visit.

Today we will leave Cholpon Ata to return to Bishkek. Stop at the New Nomad Museum in Sary-Oi on the way to learn about the nomadic life of the Kyrgyz. Then we will move on to the Boom Gorge to have lunch. Arrive in Bishkek in the afternoon. In the evening, we will arrange a hearty farewell dinner for you.
