Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu, Airport Pick-up
Welcome to Nepal! You will spend six days on the Kathmandu Pokhara tour here. When you arrive at Kathmandu airport, our guide will pick you up at the arrival hall, holding a welcome board with your name on it. And then you will be escorted to the hotel. The rest of today is your free time to make your own arrangements.

Day 2: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing with Bhaktapur
Today, you will meet our guide of this Kathmandu Pokhara tour package at your hotel. Our guide will take you to visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square, where you will see Nyatapola Temple of Hindu Goddess Lakshmi with the highest tower in Nepal, and Dattatreya Temple of Three Supreme Gods in Hinduism with a grand tower, too. Next stop is Pasupatinath Temple, the largest Hindu temple in Nepal of Lord Shiva that was constructed in 1696. Only Hindus are allowed to enter the temple, thus we can only see it from the outside and watch the Hindu cremation ceremony on the observatory platform. Then you will be guided to Boudhanath Stupa, the world's largest round stupa with a height of 125 feet. It was declared as a World heritage site and a holy land of Tibetan Buddhism. Meals: Breakfast

Day 3: Private transfer from Kathmandu to Pokhara
After breakfast, we will escort you to Pokhara, Nepal's second largest city. It will take about 6 hours for the travel from Kathmandu to Pokhara by car. Upon arrival, check into the hotel first. Then our guide will lead you to Phewa Lake, which is a royal holiday resort at the feet of Annapurna peak. It is a paradise for shutterbugs with magnificent scenery. You can take a relaxing walk and watch the reflection of the snow-capped mountains on the lake by boat. We will visit Barahi Temple on an islet in Phewa Lake, too. It is a Hindu temple of Goddess Barahi with a two-story tower. Many Hindus would go on a pilgrimage to the temple. Meals: Breakfast

Day 4: Pohkara Day tour with Sarangkot Sunrise
We need to get up early today to see the marvelous sunrise of Himalayas on Sarangkot hill. Then we'll return back to the hotel to have a delicious breakfast. After breakfast, we will continue our Kathmandu Pokhara tour. We will first proceed to the most famous temple in the city - Bindabasini Temple. Then the guide will show you around the World Peace Stupa, a white huge pagoda on the top of tranquil Anandu Mountain; Devi's Fall, the local best-known fall with rapid flows into limestone cave below; Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, the longest natural cave in Nepal with quite a lot of Hindu Gods and Goddesses have been enshrined and worshiped in; and Mountain Museum shows you how the Himalayas formed with geological specimens and other materials of mountaineering, flora and fauna, ethnic groups, environment, etc. We'll also visit Tibetan Refugee Camp, where you can witness Tibetan Buddhist temples, monasteries, schools and traditional handicrafts, such as hand-knitted blankets, silver jewelry, rosary beads, Thangkas, five-color flags and many religious objects. Our Kathmandu and Pokhara tour today ends after these visits. Optional Hike: If you want to try a short hiking, we can arrange a hiking tour from World Peace Stupa to Phewa Lake for about 1-2 hours. You can decide in advance to hike whether or not, or talk with the tour guide based on actual situations on the spot. Meals: Breakfast

Day 5: Private transfer Back to Kathmandu & visit to Kathmandu Durbar Square
Today we'll drive back to Kathmandu. On arrival, you will check in at the hotel. After that, we will go to Swyambhunath Stupa, which is also called Monkey Temple. It was built about 2,500 years ago on the hill, where you can come across many naughty monkeys. The white stupa with golden dome here is quite majestic. At last, our guide will lead you to Kathmandu Durbar Square in the center of the old city, with more than 50 palaces and temples built in the 16th-19th centuries in the surroundings. These buildings are decorated with a variety of beautiful carvings. Meals: Breakfast

Day 6: Departure from Kathmandu, Airport See-off
Today our Kathmandu Pokhara tour comes to an end. We will see you off at Kathmandu airport according to the schedule of your flight. Hope you have a pleasant journey! Meals: Breakfast
