At 9:00 am or thereabout, the driver guide will offer you a hotel pick-up and escort you to the romantic British style garden, Trakoscan Castle. Although its history could be dated back to the 14th century, the Neo-Gothic exterior is an achievement in the 19th century. You can take a leisure walk by the lake in front of Trakoscan, and then learn the Croatian noble life in past centuries inside the castle.
After the 1.5-hour visit, we'll go back to Zagreb for a 2 hours' city tour. We are going to see Zagreb Cathedral, bustling Dolac farmers market, busy Tkalca street, ramified Gric Tunnel, and old funicular car Uspinjaca made in the Age of Steam. You will also have an opportunity to take Uspinjaca and stop at Lotrscak tower in Upper Town. Then walk to see St. Mark's Church, the stone gate and Zagreb's main square from ancient Rome times. The rest of the day is your free time.
