Day 1: Arrival in Zagreb, Airport pick-up & Zagreb city tour
Welcome to fascinating Croatia! When your flight arrives in Zagreb, our driver will greet you with welcome board and give you an airport-hotel transfer. After checking in at the hotel, the guide will come to pick you up and start the 2-hour city tour. We will see the well-preserved medieval architecture, such as Zagreb Cathedral, Lotršćak Tower and St. Mark's Church. We will also take Zagreb's uspinjaca - the old funicular and wander in the Dolac farmers market, Tkalca street and the city main square, to get the full views of Croatia.
Day 2: Rastoke & Plitvice Lakes National Park exploration, Arrival in Zadar
We will head to the next city of our 7 days Croatia tour - Zadar, the famous ancient city in southeastern Europe. On the way to Zadar, we will stopover in Rastoke and Plitvice Lakes successively. In Rastoke village, you will be given 30-minute free time, to enjoy the beautiful landscapes with antique houses. Reaching Plitvice Lakes National Park, the guide will accompany you to spend 3 hours admiring this karst world natural heritage. After that, we'll take the car trip to Zadar, taking two hours or so. Check in at the hotel on arrival in Zadar.
Day 3: Visit Zadar & Sibenik
Starting 09:00 am, the local guide will lead you to have a 2-hour Zadar walking tour. Roman Forum will be the first highlight today, which was established by the first emperor of Roman Empire. The giant artistic work "Sea Organ & Greeting to the Sun" is also the marvels to see. Then you'll be transferred to the hotel in Šibenik. Between 16:00 and 18:00 in the afternoon, a local guide will escort you to discover the city highlights, including the Cathedral of St. James, and the site where Iron Bank in Game of Thrones was filmed. We won't enter the cathedral but see it from the outside.
Day 4: Visit Trogir & Split
Trogir, an ancient town built in the 3rd century BC, is situated on a tiny island between the continent and a much larger island. It was honored to be world cultural heritage in 1997. In the morning, we will drive 1 hour to its Old Town area, to enjoy an hour's guided tour first and an hour's free time. Its highlights include the famed Cathedral of St. Lawrence, the old palaces and castles constructed by rulers and governors in the past. Afterwards, go to Split and check into the hotel. In the afternoon, a local guide will lead you to visit Diocletian's Palace - another world heritage in Croatia.
Day 5: Boat riding to Blue Cave & Hvar island, Back to Split
Early at 7:30 am, your driver will wait for you at the hotel gate, to continue this Croatia 7 days itinerary. Getting to the wharf, the English speaking skipper will escort you to have a private speedboat tour. The first stop will be the fantastic Blue Cave, and then enjoy the best Croatian island hopping tour to Vis island, Budikovac island and Pakleni island. You can enjoy the sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling and so on. Later you'll be taken to Old City of Hvar. On arrival, you may wander around to visit the medieval streets, city walls and castles on your own. After your independent visit for 1.5 hours, the skipper will transfer you from Hvar island back to Split.
This day trip is subject to local weather on the very day. In case of bad weather, we have to cancel this itinerary and replace with Krka National Park tour.
Day 6: Dubrovnik city tour with a panoramic drive to Srđ hill
After breakfast, your driver will transfer you for 3 hours, to the Srđ Hill of Dubrovnik, where you can get a bird's-eye view of the entire city by sea. Going down the hill, we will get to the hotel and check in. At about 16:00 pm, the local guide will show you around Stradun Street in the old town of Dubrovnik, and tell you some stories about this historical city. Until 18:00 pm, the guided sightseeing will be over. After, you may continue exploring the city by yourself, like to visit the museums you're interested in, well-known medieval buildings as well as Dubrovnik walls.
Day 7: Departure from Dubrovnik, Airport see-off
Based on the departing time of your flight, our driver will offer you the airport drop-off service. Thank you for joining our tour in Croatia. Goodbye!
