Day 1: Arrival in Cairo, Airport pick up
Our local representative will pick you up at Cairo International Airport and send you to the hotel we have confirmed in advance. You are free to make your own arrangements for the rest of the day. Accommodation: InterContinental Cairo Semiramis (5 stars)

Day 2: Cairo Pyramids tour, Overnight train to Luxor
Today we will mainly visit a group of pyramids. And firstly we are going to the famous Giza Pyramids, where we can visit Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure. If interested, you can pay extra to enter the Pyramid of Khufu for a visit, which was listed as one of seven wonders in the world. Next we will visit the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple. Following, we will head to Sakkara Complex to visit the oldest Step Pyramid, whose triangular slope appear in the form of a six-tiered tower. Finally, we will send you to the railway station to take an overnight sleeper train to Luxor, which takes around 11 hours on the way with supper served. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Day 3: Board the Nile Cruise, Explore the East Bank of Luxor
After having breakfast on the train, you will arrive at Luxor railway station. Luxor boasts of numerous artefacts and relics, so it is called an open-air museum. Upon arrival, you will be picked up and sent to the Nile Cruise around 12:00, where you are going to stay for the next 5 days and 4 nights during the best Nile cruise tour. After lunch and a short break, we will go to visit two temples located on the east bank of Nile River, Temples of Karnak and Luxor. In the end of the day, we will go back and stay overnight on the cruise. Meals: Lunch, Dinner

Day 4: Explore the West Bank of Luxor, Sail to Edfu
We will have breakfast on board in the morning, then start today's best Nile cruise. We will head at 7 AM to visit the west bank of Luxor. First we will go to Valley of the Kings, where we will visit three pharaoh tombs. If you are interested in other optional tombs, we will also leave you some time. Then we will visit Temple of Hatshepsut. Hatshepsut is the only female pharaoh in Egypt history. Next we are going to Medinet Habu, which is renowned for Temple of Ramesses III. It is the best preserved in color and frescoes among Luxor's large temples, and the last large building of the Pharaonic era. The last stop today is the Colossi of Memnon. Then we will return to the cruise and sail to Edfu with lunch en route. In the afternoon, you can appreciate the scenery on both banks of the Nile while the cruise moving on. Day 5: Visit Temple of Horus and Temple of Kom Ombo
After breakfast, we will visit Temple of Edfu at 7 AM, the best-preserved temple in Egypt. It is dedicated to the Falcon God, Horus, so it is also called Temple of Horus. Then we will go back to cruise and have lunch at 1 PM on board. In the afternoon, we are going to visit Temple of Kom Ombo around 4 PM. This temple honors two gods, Horus and Sobek. After the visit, we will return to cruise and sail toward Aswan. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 6: Abu Simbel tour, Return to Aswan
Today we will disembark to continue this best Nile cruise tour. In the morning, head to Abu Simbel by car, which takes around 3 hours on the way. Upon arrival, we will visit two temples, the Temple of Ramsses II, and the Temple of Queen Nefertati (Temple of Hathor). The latter one was built for Ramsses II's wife, Nefertari. Then we will return to the cruise to enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, you will have a cozy felucca ride on the Nile River and enjoy the beautiful sunset by the way. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 7: Aswan sightseeing tour, Fly back to Aswan
In the morning, after checking out the cruise, the first stop is Aswan High Dam, which provides electricity for the whole country; and then Unfinished Obelisk in a quarry. Next we will take a motorboat to Agilika Island to visit Temple of Isis, also called Temple of Philae. After that, we will send you to Aswan Airport to take a flight for Cairo. After arriving we will send you to a confirmed hotel. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Day 8: Departure from Cairo, Airport see off
