After an early breakfast at the lodge, you will join a group of ten visitors and walk through the jungle, then take a motorized canoe up the rivers towards the spectacular Angel Falls. You will travel along the Carrao River and the Churún River for about 4 hours, enjoy the views of lush scenery and fantastic Tepuys along the way. We will disembark and have a light lunch during the trip.
After lunch and a short break, we will go on with the boat trip, soon you will see the amazing Angel Falls cascading one kilometer down from the top of Auyán Tepui. While, to get close to the waterfalls, you still need to walk up through the jungle for about an hour, then get to Laime viewpoint at the foot of Angel Falls, and finally go down to the rock pools near the base of the falls.
The ten visitors in your group will decide whether to spend the night under the Angle Falls or get back to the Canaima lagoon area. When half of you agree to stay overnight at the camp under the Angle Falls, you will spend the night there, otherwise, the group will get back to the Canaima lagoon area and stay in the comfortable lodge.
When you stay in the camp, simple dinner is offered there, and you will sleep in the hammock in front of the fall.
