Day 1: Take flight from Canada to Johannesburg
Please take a flight coming to South Africa on your own. Departing from Toronto, the connecting flights of KLM Airline are available. You can choose KL692 scheduled at 17:00 - 06:10 to Amsterdam, Netherlands, have a layover there for 4 hours and 25 minutes, and then transfer to KL591 flying from 10:35 to 21:20 to Johannesburg. It will take you 22 hours and 20 minutes in total.

Upon your arrival at OR Tambo International Airport (JNB), you'll be picked up by our driver guide, who will also send you to the hotel with about 0.5 hour's drive.

Day 2: Fly from Johannesburg to Kruger National Park, Private Panorama Route tour
Today, the driver guide will transfer you from hotel to Johannesburg airport, and assist you board the flight to Kruger National Park, the first stop of this South Africa tour from Canada. After the 1-hour flight, the local driver guide will pick you up and head to Panorama Route. Along the picturesque route, we will have stopovers to visit God's Window, the high point where you can get a god's view of the lush land; and Bourke's Luck Potholes, the giant potholes in sandstones carved by flowing rivers. We will also visit Blyde River Canyon, South Africa's largest as well as the world's third deepest canyon with waterfalls, forests and wild lives. There, the Three Rondawels are the natural wonder, where the three hilltops standing next to each other look like the round traditional houses at local.

Day 3: Transfer to Kruger National Park, Sunset safari
Today we'll head to the lodge in Balule Nature Reserve, via the rivers and jungles. Balule is a paradise for wild life, a great safari place sharing open boundary with Kruger National Park. Under the charming sunset, together with the ranger, local trackers and other tourists, we will go on our first safari on this South Africa tour. The experienced ranger and trackers will help you learn more about wild life and how to survive in the jungles. After the safari, get back to the lodge for dinner.

Day 4: Full day at Kruger National Park (shared vehicle)
We will enjoy another safari at Kruger National Park in the early morning after a cup of coffee or tea, because the dawn is just the time that animals are out for food. Then go back to the lodge for breakfast. Afterwards, you may relax at the swimming pool, or book a bush walk led by the ranger. In the afternoon, there will be a game drive with the ranger and trackers, like the safari yesterday.

Day 5: Sunrise safari, Fly to Cape Town, Airport pick up
After having a game drive at the sunrise time, you'll be transferred to another plane. After around 3 hours' flight, get to Cape Town, the next destination on the South Africa tour packages from Canada. After being transferred to the hotel, you can enjoy the rest time of the day on your own.

Day 6: Cape Town city tour, Table Mountain and Robben Island tour
We will first visit Castle of Good Hope today, a pentagonal fortress constructed by Netherlanders in the 17th century. Then Cape Town City Hall, the old architectural masterpiece witnessed the first free speech by Nelson Mandela, the first black president of South Africa. After that, we're to stop over at St. George's Cathedral, the old, important church that welcomes everyone, hence referred as Cathedral of People. Going through the beautiful Company Gardens, we will get to Bo-Kaap, or Cape Malay quarter, which is the cultural center of Cape Town with colorful houses.

Next, we will visit Table Mountain with a flat top. Weather permitting, we can go up the mountain by cable car to overlook Cape Town and Atlantic Ocean. Getting down from the mountain, we'll go to Robben Island by ferry. On the island, we'll visit the notorious prison, where Nelson Mandela had been jailed for 18 years.

Day 7: Full day private Cape Peninsula tour
As arriving at Hout Bay, we can look far into Duiker Island with thousands of seals enjoying their sunbathing on the rocks and beaches. Then head to Cape Point Nature Reserve, the most southwestern world heritage of African continent. After, take the funicular to the lighthouse where you can overlook the rough waves in sea. We are also going to see endangered wild African penguins closely, at one of their habitats Boulders Beach near Simon's Town. At last, we will go to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens with about 7,000 species of South African plants.

Day 8: Drive to Franschhoek, Cape winelands tour
Today we will enjoy a wine tour to Franschhoek, Stellenbosch, and Paarl, three wine towns in European style. Franschhoek, founded by French Huguenots, is one of the oldest towns in South Africa. Huguenots brought French things there, till now you will still see French architecture and lifestyle in Franschhoek, making you feel in France of centuries ago.

Day 9: Drive to Oudtshoorn, the ostrich capital of the world
Driving for 4 hours and covering a 375-km (233-mi) distance, we will arrive in Oudtshoorn via scenic R62 Route. Oudtshoorn is known as the home to ostriches. Upon arrival, we are to visit Cango Caves, Precambrian natural wonder, which is a marvelous cave system on the limestone mountain. We will also visit the ostrich farm.

Day 10: Drive to Knysna, the oyster box of South Africa
Today, we will go on a 120 km (74.6 miles) trip from Oudtshoorn to Knysna. On the way, passing by Outeniqua Pass and visit George, which is the sixth oldest town in South Africa. We will drive through the town by historical sites Slave Tree and King Edward VII Library building. Continue our drive through the Wilderness, the garden-like seaside place covering a large area between George and Knysna. Later we will get to Knysna, the town located by the lagoon on Garden Route. We will go to visit its Eastern Head, the eastern cliff separates the lagoon from the sea; and Brenton on Sea, the seaside resort town where is nice for fishing, sunbathing and other beach funs. Finally we'll enjoy a lagoon cruise there.

Day 11: Drive to Tsitsikamma National Park
We are to go up to Knysna West Head, to have a bird's eye view of Knysna. Then we will set off to Tsitsikamma National Park. On the way, visit Monkeyland Primate Sanctuary and Birds of Eden. Monkeyland has been aimed to save jailed primate animals, which makes it famous. We can see varieties of birds at Birds of Eden, the world's largest single free flight aviary. As we arriving at Tsitsikamma National Park, we will go to Bloukrans Bridge, the world's highest single-span arch bridge providing the highest bungee around the world.

Day 12: Tsitsikamma National Park
Today's South Africa tour packages from Canada is still in Tsitsikamma National Park and Storms River Mouth. The 80km (50 miles) long coastal reserve houses beautiful coastal views, large area of forests, interlaced rivers, etc. The great environment there makes the park abundant in various species.

Day 13: Drive back to Port Elizabeth, Take flight back to Canada
After breakfast, we are to drive eastwards along Tsitsikamma Forest. 2.5 hours later, we will reach Port Elizabeth 185km (115 miles) away. Port Elizabeth is a friendly city with pleasant climate, and our South Africa tour from Canada will end here. We can take you to the downtown or to the airport per your request.

To return to Canada, you can fly from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town by flight FA131 scheduled at 13:15 - 14:40 of Safair Airline, where there are connecting flights to Canada.

Return to Toronto, you can take British Airline BA058 19:30/06:30 to London, after the layover of 6 hours 40 minutes, take BA093 13:10/15:55. The total journey time is 26 hours and 25 minutes.

If you are going to Vancouver, first take British Airline BA058 19:30/06:30 to London, have a 10h 50min layover and then take the flight BA085 17:20/18:50 to Vancouver. It will spend you 32 hours and 20 minutes totally.
