Day 1: Arrival in Muscat in the morning, city tour
Your driver guide capable of speaking English will pick you up at the Seeb International Airport on time according to the arrival time of your flight. After a warm greeting, our Oman private tours will start with the visit to Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. This modern and luxurious mosque is the world's third largest mosque which can accommodate 20,000 worshippers in total and a masterpiece of Islamic architectures. During the sightseeing, you can see the delicate decorations and the world's second largest hand-made Persian carpet. Please pay attention to your dressings. To enter the mosque, women are required to wear long dress or pants that is over ankles & long-sleeved blouse and cover the head with turban; and men are required to wear long pants and shirts. Afterwards, we will visit the Muttrah Souq, one of the most ancient Arabian markets. It is like a huge labyrinth composed of several crisscrossing alleys where sells mainly household items, shoes, clothing, the gold & silver wares, onyx brooch, colorful fabrics, khanjars, etc. Specially, the market is filled with the special mixed odor of Frankincense, fresh jasmine and other various spices. Finally, we will head to Al Alam Palace, the presidential palace, to take some pictures from outside.

Day 2: Wahiba Sands
Today, we will drive 2 hours to Wahiba Sands, a sea of sand. Covering an area of 12,500 square kilometers (4,826 square miles), this desert is 180 kilometers (113 miles) long and 80 kilometers (50 miles) wide. The rolling sand dunes are quite suitable for sand flushing. Along the way, you may see various kinds of wildlife and local plants. There are also Dedouin and their camels inhabiting in the Wahiba Sands. Upon arrival, we will pay a visit and learn something about their lifestyle, culture and traditions. In the evening, we will experience the camping in the desert and appreciate the boundless and dazzling starry sky.

Day 3: Sur visit and depart from Muscat
After breakfast, we will leave for Wadi Bani Khalid which is about one hour's drive away. It is a green valley beside the Hajjar Mountain with river flowing all year round. Stepping into the scenic area, you will see the white boulders almost everywhere. The main scenic spots there are two natural pools with turquoise water and the Muquil cave. To facilitate the tourists, a restaurant, a few bridges and seating areas have been built. Enjoying a hiking tour or going swimming here will be a great experience. Then go on driving for 2 hours to Sur and visit the Dhow building factory. The workers here still build the ships with traditional handicrafts. Some of the ships are used to fish for pearls, and some are used to transport goods. In the end, the driver guide will escort you to the airport, taking about 2 hours and see you off.
