Day 1: Arrival in Grand Bahama, Airport pick-up When your flight arrives at Grand Bahama International Airport, our English-speaking driver will meet you at the exit and transfer you to the hotel. The rest day is your own free time. You can wander about in the nearby Port Lucaya Marketplace. It is the largest shopping place in Bahamas where you can taste the local snacks or purchase some featured souvenirs. Accommodation: Grand Lucayan, Bahamas (4 stars)
Day 2: Visit Lucayan National Park, Fly to North Eleuthera In the morning, our English-speaking guide and the driver will pick you up at the hotel and start our sightseeing with a visit to the Lucayan National Park. We will take a walk along the nature trails and boardwalks to appreciate wonderful scenery of the five ecosystems: beach, mangroves, hardwood forest, pine forest and rocky coppice. Also, the world's largest underwater limestone cave will be visited. The lunch will be dealt by yourself. In the afternoon, follow the guide to UNEXSO. Under the help of the trainer, you will be able to swim with the dolphins. Finally, transfer you to the airport for the flight to the Governors Harbour Airport in North Eleuthera. After arrival, you will be picked up and led to the hotel for rest by the local driver. Meals: Breakfast Accommodation: The Cove Eleuthera (4 stars)
Day 3: Enjoy day tour at Harbour Island After picking you up at the appointed time, we will set out to Glass Window Bridge. Standing on the bridge, you can see the peaceful turquoise Caribbean Sea and roaring dark blue Atlantic Ocean separated on each side. Then we will head to the port and take the water taxi for 15 minutes to Harbour Island. After reaching, the guide will lead you to go sightseeing the former capital of Bahamas - Dunmore Town by golf cart. First, we will have a photo stop at the Lone Tree and enjoy an exterior visit to the oldest architecture on the island Loyalist Cottage which is painted white and blue. Then continue to visit Princess Street Art Gallery and the historical sites in Dunmore Street. The lunch will be enjoyed at Pink Sands Resort. In the afternoon, we will spend the leisure time in the attractive Pink Sands Beach. You can talk a walk on the beach, go swimming and take pictures. Afterwards, return to the port with a stopover at the Haunted House to take some photos. Then we will transfer to the water taxi back to North Eleuthera. The driver will wait for you at the port and escort you to the hotel. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch Accommodation: The Cove Eleuthera (4 stars)
Day 4: Explore North Eleuthera, Take flight to Staniel Cay Under the companion of guide, you will enjoy the holiday to Leon Levy Native Plant Reserve (closed on Monday & Tuesday) where more than 300 kinds of local plants grow. Along the 3-kilometer-long (1.9-mile-long) trail, we will appreciate the freshwater wetland, poisonous plants, meteorological station and over 200 kinds of medicinal plants. You can also learn to distinguish the hundreds of plants. Then follow the guide to French Leave Beach. It would be idyllic to stroll barefoot on the soft beach, or enjoy a sunbathing meanwhile drink a cup of beverage. Finally, you will be transferred to the flight to Staniel Cay. Upon arrival, the hotel staff will lead you to the hotel on foot. Meals: Breakfast Accommodation: Staniel Cay Yacht Club
Day 5: Visit Staniel Cay including Pig Beach, Fly to Nassau Today, the English-speaking captain will lead you to explore Staniel Cay by boat. Pig Beach is the first stop. Here, you can feed the famous Exuma swimming pigs as well as swimming and taking photos with them. Then go to Thunderball Grotto - the shooting place of Thunderball. To enjoy snorkeling here, you need to master the swimming and snorkeling skills well. Then take the boat to Bitter Guana Cay to watch and feed the rare Bahamas Rock Iguanas and experience swimming with the nurse sharks in Compass Cay. After passing by Sunken Plane Wreck, we will get to Exuma Cays Sand Bars and have a walk on the beach. The lunch will be enjoyed in the hotel. In the afternoon, transfer you to the airport for the flight to Nassau. After arrival, the local driver will escort you to the hotel. Meals: Breakfast Accommodation: Grand Hyatt Baha Mar (4 stars)
Day 6: Nassau City Tour Our first scenic spot in Nassau is Fort Charlotte. Here, you can appreciate the scenery of Nassau Harbour at the top of the port. Then proceed to Pirate Museum of Nassau and John Watling's Distillery to know about the production process of rum and Bahamian cocktails. The lunch will be your own responsibility, while our guide will be glad to recommend you the suitable restaurants. After lunch, you will be led to watch how the baskets, bags and dolls are woven with the dried palm in Straw Market. Finally, pay a visit to Fort Fincastle & Queens Staircase.
