I was very pleased with all the arragements done for my China tour, it definitly complied with my expectation. I'm sending you the answers below....

The meals were good the quantities were big and if there is a meal I had to recomend it would be the restaurant in Shanghai where we had lunch on the second day (I don't remember the name)

The three guides were great.All guides had good pronunciation. The only thing is that in the internet page I asked for spanish as first option for language for the tour and then English and all tours were in English.

The attitude of driver was good specially from Beijing. Cars were clean always.

Our "comments of our China Tours" follows.

We found your agency to be most helpful and reliable. They were always very prompt responding to any concerns or questions from us. Their service met our every expectation and often exceeded our expectations. The guides and drivers were polite and knowledgeable. There was no problem with communication.

The meals were splendid. The meal I would most recommend was the Dumpling Banquet after the Tang Dynasty Music & Dance Show.

The Chengdu and Xian guides were very conscientious. The Chengdu guide and driver especially went above and beyond the call of duty in providing us the tour we desired. All guides seemed quite knowledgeable. They are to be especially commended.

The drivers were very solicitous of us and the cars were very clean.

Dear all:

Thank you for a trip that exceeded our expectations. Following are responses to your questions:

1.Meals were generally excellent. Lunches as a whole were superb, particularly those in Beijing and Xian. The final dinner in Shanghai also stood out. The Peking duck dinner did not meet expectations.

2.Every one of the guides was simply outstanding.Their English was excellent and we had no problem understanding them or they understanding us. They were all extremely knowledgeable and were sensitive about giving us the right amount of information. Their coordination with the drivers was also impressive. The van always seemed to be where it was the most convenient for us. The vans were roomy, clean and comfortable. The only recommendation concerns tinted glass. The van in Guilin had dark tinted glass and made it more difficult to see and virtually impossible to take pictures out of the van. I would recommend that your vans have minimal to no tinting of the windows.

3.Drivers were always courteous and never had to be asked to assist with luggage. The vans were spotless, including very clean windows.

With respect to the guides, three of them stood out:

1. Du stayed late one night to go with my son and me to pick out table tennis paddles at a sports store. He typically went out of his way to help us.

2.Ding (Jack) exhibited the same helpful attitude. When we told him that we wanted to go to a acrobatic show one evening in Guilin, he stayed on his own time to help us purchase tickets and even went with us in the taxi to make sure we got there OK. We felt this was way beyond what he needed to do and were very impressed.

3.Anna was simply outstanding in guiding us in Shanghai. Her English was the best of all the guides and she was a most gracious host.

4.None of the guides ever tried to coerce us into visiting extra shops, etc., and seemed to want to help us do only what shopping we wished to do. That is what we wanted.

In short, we were very impressed with your service. Hotels, guides, vans, meals, and drivers all met or exceeded our expectations. We have already started recommending your service to family and friends and do so without reservation. It was a wonderful vacation.

Good morning

Sorry we are so late with our comments - but we had lots to do at home. Regarding your inquiry about our China tour, we give some ideas below:

1- Chinese Meals - They were delicious, plentiful and varied - One warm meal a day would have been plenty for us. And we would have preferred dinner warm and for lunch a sandwich.

2- Guides - all three guides (Cindy in Beijing, Helen in Xian and Yang Jing in Lhasa) were delightful. Their English was good, their knowledge of the particular sights was good and they attitude was kind and friendly. We felt we had made friends.

3 Cars - the drivers were great - the cars were clean and we always had bottled water. We felt that our driver in Beijing had special permits and extra eyes to get us through the heavy traffic so easily.

Anyway, we had a great time and will come back to do the Southern part of China. You picked great hotels, restaurants and we fell in love with the many wonderful people who served and guided us. We will recommend your company to our friends.

Excellect overview of the area in a short period of time.

The meals were very good and the kitchen was always very helpful whenever we asked for extra or different dishes. We enjoyed all of them equally much.

Our guide in Lijiang (Xiao Li) was excellent. He was enthusiastic, helpful, accomodating, thoughful and sensitive to all our needs even when we did not ask for them. The service he provided us was first class. We liked him very much and would recommend him to anybody.

Our guide in Kunming (Lulu) was also very good. She was knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk. Lulu has an excellent command of the English language. Xiao Li gave us first class service in Lijiang. Lulu was also very good in her work. They represented the city very well and gave me a strong impression of your company.

The drivers were very good as well. They were friendly and we enjoyed the cars very much.

Not only were the guides very good, even the booking service and the way you handled my questions and concerns were very professional. We now will not hesitate to make another travel reservation through your company.

We have a really good time - not just touring and seeing China but also experiencing the level of service and professional you gave us.
