Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. The trip to China was absolutely the best and thanks to everyone's efforts from Warrior Tours.

When I arrived, Tina was there to pick me up at 2:30pm and was very helpful and then back to the airport at 9:30pm to pick up Julie McCown. The hotel in Beijing was great and the breakfast was excellent.

We had more time to interact with our guide and driver in Xian. Rita and the Mr. Lee were both delightful and helpful. I have to say that the Hyatt I was not impressed with. This of course was not your fault, it is due to Hyatt and their product. One of the reason I picked the Hyatt is I am a Hyatt member and they did nothing for me as a member. Normally I Hyatt members get free internet and they charged $10.00 US per day. This I think is amazing considering both traditional hotels in Beijing provide this service for free. Rita was very knowledgeable about Xian and took really good care of us. When we got to the airport she help straighten out a glitch with another travel agency for our flights between Xian and Chongqing and trip up the Yangtze. Please extend our gratitude to Rita.

Both Julie and I will recommend Warrior Tours to all our friends. Having personalized service is the only way to go in seeing China. We had wanted your company to book our river cruise but you unfortunately could not book the dates we requested or get the Century Star. We did try but had to book with another company. We were not all that happy with that agency, there were lots of extra's that they didn't tell us about before hand. But we still had a great time. Our next trip to China we will book everything through you, as Julie and I will be planning a trip next year due to the exceptional time we had over the last two weeks.

Dear Sir,

First of all, thank you very much for your very good servises during our trip to China and Tibet. We were very satisfied chossing your turistic firm. By the way, we took other firm to go Beijing for 4 days from September 28 to October 1 in group and your service (by comparison) was much better!

You arranged very good meals for us, and is very difficult for us to choose the best one. In general, guides were very good, two of them were excellent (in Guilin and in Lasa).All drivers were very good, the cars were kept very clean, etc. Within two or three weeks I will send you some photos from our trip.

All the meals were very good. The dumpling meal at Xian was our favourite one.

All the guides were fine.They had good speaking skill but some of them could improve their listening skills.They gave us plenty of information. Cars and drivers were excellent.

Thank you very much. We had a memorable tour in China and hope to go back some day with the entire family. We can recommend this tour service to any body. With out this tour service we will be totally lost.

Hi,

I was very, very pleased with your overall tour and services. Booking an expensive trip over the internet with a foreign tour company is perceived to be risky. However, none of my concern was justified; you are a first class tour organization.

I have only two suggestions:

(1) I needed and wanted more free time, especially for shopping. Since not every stop on every tour is that essential, it would be much better if you gave your guests a choice of participating in a particular tour or having free time to shop (with arrangements for pick up and drop off).

(2) You advertise the ship for the cruise on the Yangtzee to be five star. This was a great disappointment for us. Although the staff on the ship were as helpful as could be, the accommodations were far below what was expected. The cabin was too small. It should be noted that we had three people in an upgraded suite. However, it was the condition of the ship more than anything that was disappointing.

All of your tour guides were excellent. So, I have no comment about any of them.

We had a great time and would recommend your company to anyone.

Dear Cecily Lee/William Ye,

First, let me say that we had a wonderful trip. All the guides were great. All were knowledgeable, friendly, solicitous. Each guide had there own distinct personality and we enjoyed them all, Marcus (Beijing), had a great sense of humor. Anna(Shanghai) looked after us like a mother would. Ruth (Xian) was only too eager to share her knowledge with us. Jamyang (Tibet) was very helpful.

The only slip up happened when we changed our flight from Yichang to Shanghai and the office in Yichang failed to notify Shanghai. These things happen and we took a private car from the airport to the Westin and were generously reimbursed the full amount. Appreciated this. The cars were always comfortable.Also,.we were more than pleased with the guides who met us in transit as well as those who guided us through the sights.

Having said all the above. We would like to bring some suggestions to your attention. In hindsight, we would have preferred to have some western style meals alternated with the Chinese meals. We elected, on a few occasions, to skip the pre-arranged meals and go off on our own. Courtyard and My Humble House in Beijing. the Bund and Palladio in Shanghai.In general, we felt that the pre arranged meals varied from reasonable to barely edible. We would like to have been made aware of other dining options.

Also, your literature indicated that the meals on the Yangtze cruise were western style. With the exception of breakfast this was not so. Secondly, we would like to have been sent a full itinerary including internal flights in China well enough in advance to see the schedule. Third, we would like to have been told that the rooms on the China Regal cruise ship were miniscule and we chose the option on board to upgrade to a two room suite. Much more comfortable. It would have been helpful to have this information presented well in advance so we could have considered our potential options.

It is a bit of a risk choosing an agency from a web site not knowing anything about the agency except that the web site was beautiful. However, we were more than pleased and would recommend your agency to anyone.All the small details and large arrangements went off smoothly and we felt that we were well watched after and in constant good hands.

I just wanted to express my thanks for a wonderful trip to China. Your tour guides were excellent and so was the itinerary.I enjoyed every minute and brought back many happy memories.

You handled the overbooking of the flight to Shanghai in a professional manner and I regret that some of the people on the tour gave the two guides, Ruth and Ivan a difficult time. They handled it in a most professional manner and both of them deserve a lot of credit.

My only complaint was that I never got a name tag to feel part of the group but they all made me welcome.
