Trip Planning FAQs
How many days should I plan for Jaipur tours?
Jaipur is a must-see city for your first time travel in India. You may spend one to three days based on your whole travel plan. For one day tour, the highlights of Amber Fort, City Palace, Jantar Mantar and Hawa Mahal cannot be missed. If you stay for 2 days, there are more spiritual temples and thriving local markets to be visited. If you have more days, the extension tour to Ranthambore Tiger Reserve or Pushkar is recommended.
Is it easy to travel around Jaipur on my own?
Yes. It is easy to take tuktuk to travel around, but please remember to negotiate the price and do enough homework for the places you would like to go. If you prefer a hassle-free tour, our private Jaipur tour packages with guide and car would be a good choice. The vehicle will be at your disposal and your knowledgeable tour guide will give full explanations on the sites, help you arrange the meals and answer all of your questions.
What is the best way to go from Delhi to Jaipur?
You may either take flight from Delhi to Jaipur, which takes about 1 hour, or you can take train with about 4-5 hours. Whichever way you choose, you are advised to book in advance to assure the availability. For the first time travelers, they always tour Delhi, Agra and Jaipur together for 5-7 days, so it would be more convenient to hire a car for the whole journey. This way, you may also enjoy some sightseeing tours along the way.
Am I assured to see tigers at Ranthambore National Park?
Ranthambore National Park is the best place to spot tigers in India. They have morning safari and evening safari. Although there are more chances to see tigers, it still cannot be promised. Sightseeing in Ranthambore is totally on luck. So if time permits, we normally suggest you join at least two safaris to get bigger chance. Besides tigers, visitors can also enjoy more than 300 kinds of animals such as sika deer, wild boar, leopards, bears and various spices of birds.
