Trip Planning FAQs
What are the differences between your Mini Group Tours and Private Tours?
Our mini group tours in India are designed to save you money while maintaining high quality services. However, in a group tour, you need to share the guide's services and vehicle with other guests, which is not as flexible as a private tour. But if you care more about the tour cost, the group tour is your best choice. If you prefer more personalized services and flexible schedules, the private tour suits you better.
Do you have a fixed departure date for your tours? What if we arrive one day earlier?
Yes. The departure dates for group tours in India are fixed. While, there are 3 dates a week and you can always pick one that fits your plan. If you arrive one day earlier, we will still pick you up at the airport, and we are happy to book the extra night's hotel for you, or arrange a private day trip in Delhi if you need.
Do your group tours include entrance tickets?
Yes. Entrance tickets to scenic spots are included in our tours. For India tours, most travel agencies do not include entrance fees, and clients need to buy it with cash or credit cards on the spot. In order to save you time, we prefer to include them all, some of which will be purchased online in advance, and some will be purchased on site by your tour guide.
Will the same guide stay with us from the beginning to the end of the tour?
No. In each city, you will have a different guide to serve you. The local guides know more about their cities, and will offer more professional commentary for each site. For transfers between cities, there is only driver serving you, but please rest assured that your driver is very experienced and can speak basic English, so communication is not a problem.
