Day 1: Full day Ho Chi Minh City tour with War Remnants Museum
Welcome to the join our Ho Chi Minh walking tour! Our guide will pick you up at the hotel lobby at 8:00 am, then drive for 70 km (43.5 mi) and 1.5h to reach Cu Chi Tunnels, which was the vital refuge for Viet Cong soldiers to escape the massive bombing from US army. On the way there, appreciate the Vietnam's rural scenery while listening to the guide's introduce of the tough Vietnam-US War. In the underground place, there are still some dormitory, meeting room, troops housing base preserved. You can get into the tunnels to see the booby traps and surprise attacks sites. Get back to Ho Chi Minh City for lunch after the visit.

Go to War Remnants Museum after lunch. Outdoor, there are UH-1 helicopters, F-5A fighters, and M48 Patton tanks left over by the US military on display, and photos and records about the Vietnam-US War are shown indoors. On the 2nd floor, some pictures of Vietnamese children deformed because of poison gas of Agent Orange would make you profoundly get the importance of peace.

After, the guide will accompany you to Reunification Palace – the former President's House which houses nearly a hundred rooms with all sizes and various functions. You'll learn much about Vietnamese modern history in the banquet halls, meeting room for cabinet council, relax room, reading room, living area for the presidents' families, basement for military operation and control, etc., which have all been maintained as before.

Next are the noted landmarks in Ho Chi Minh City, Saigon Central Post Office and Saigon Notre-Dame Cathedral. They were built next to each other in the center of the city. Saigon Central Post Office still works as a post office, thus you can send postcards to families or friends. After Ho Chi Minh walking tour in the afternoon, the guide will send you back to hotel.

Day 2: Full day Mekong Delta tour to Can Tho
Today, the guide will escort you to enjoy the rural landscapes of Mekong Delta. After breakfast, head to Cai Be by car. Although the car ride lasts for about 2.5 hours, the idyllic scenery of Mekong Area with immense stretches of rice fields and distinctive stilt houses will make the journey pleasant. Upon arrival, take a short break and then change to the special transportation in Mekong Delta - a traditional wooden sampan boat, to visit the delta along the winding tributary. During the sailing, we will visit the orchid garden on shore and listen to the local folk song "tai-tu music" to gain a deeper understanding of daily life of local people.

Mekong food is quite popular in Vietnam, our guide will lead you to enjoy it at a famous local restaurant. After that, you'll be guided to factories making candy, honey and fruit wine, where hospitable farmers will welcome you with their home-grown or self-made specialties.

In the afternoon, drive to Can Tho, which is the 4th largest Vietnamese city, the biggest city in Mekong Delta as well as the center of the Rice Bowl of Vietnam. Check in your hotel on arrival.

Day 3: Explore Cai Rang floating market, Private transfer 3h to Ho Chi Minh City
Get up early to experience bustling Cai Rang floating market, and the guide would discuss the meet time in this morning with you beforehand. You will take a motorboat for about an hour along the Mekong River to reach Cai Rang, while admiring the sunrise and picturesque scenery on banks, and learning the history & roles of Mekong River with explanations by your guide.

Upon arrival, you can see various fruits and vegetables on large and small boats in Cai Rang floating market. There is a high wooden pole with fruits, vegetables or others on each boat; this is the smart way allowing buyers or tourists to quickly know items they are selling on the boat. Some small boats are docked by large cruise ships full of tourists to sell their goods. The hustle and bustle are all portrayals of the real life of Mekong people. Here you have also the chance to taste fresh fruits and traditional Vietnamese breakfast.

To understand local life better, the guide will then lead you to a small tributary to learn the processing of local handicrafts and rice paper. After about 2 hours' visit, return to the hotel in Can Tho to check out. Then the driver and guide will send you back to Ho Chi Minh City. Our Ho Chi Minh walking tour ends here.
