Kenya Safari & Beach Lesiure

Upon your arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our local safari representative at Nairobi Airport, and then be escorted to check into the hotel.

If you arrive in the morning today, you will be guided to visit the Giraffe Centre and the Elephant Orphanage in the afternoon. The Giraffe Center was built in 1893 and aims to help visitors understand the importance of humans living in harmony with nature as well as protecting wild animals. Nairobi Elephant Orphanage, founded in 1987, is devoted to the adoption of young elephants who are homeless, seriously injured in traps, lost in groups, or get ill. If you arrive late today, the rest of the time will be free for you to take a good rest and get ready for the following safari and beach holiday.

Today we will depart for Amboseli National Park, where the towering snow peaks, large herds of elephants, and great views of Mountain Kilimanjaro have always been regarded by Hollywood directors as an iconic and classic image of Africa. In about 4 hours, we will arrive at the park and you will be escorted to check into the lodge and enjoy your lunch. 

In the afternoon, we will take an exciting game drive in this wildlife paradise to look for elephants, hippos, buffalos, zebras as well as many bird species. If lucky, you could capture the spectacular scenes of lions hunting. Besides, the sunset view in this boundless expanse of savannahs is another highlight, which will leave you an unforgettable memory.

The whole day will be devoted to the game drive in Amboseli National Park. As it's very hot and the animals will sleep at noon, we will also drive back to the lodge for lunch and some rest during this period. Amboseli National Park is situated at the border of Kenya and Tanzania. After some exploration by vehicle in the park, you will also be escorted to ascend the Observation Hill, a sightseeing platform where you could enjoy a panoramic view of the whole park and appreciate the best view of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa.

After breakfast, we will drive westward for around 2 to 3 hours to Tsavo West National Park. Tsavo National Park is the largest as well as one of the oldest national parks in Kenya and it is divided into two parts: Tsavo West - the land of lava, springs, man-eaters and magical sunsets, and Tsavo East - the Theatre of the Wild. These two parks make up a total area of 22,000 square kilometers (8,494 square miles), while Tsavo West covers 1,000 square kilometers (386 square miles). Today, you will be escorted to explore the west part. 

Upon arrival, you will first be escorted to check into the lodge and enjoy today's lunch. Then in the afternoon, we will head to visit the Mzima Springs, which come from the distant mountains, then flow through the underground, and finally burst out of the dry lava fields. Here, you may see crocodiles and hippos cruising the water. At the end of the day, we will proceed to the Shetani lava flows and enjoy the sights of Chyulu Hills.

During the game drive today, you will enjoy the scenic landscape of this park and spot a number of animals such as leopards, elephants, lions, warthogs, dik-dik, rhinos and several bird species. Get your camera ready for shooting the grand scenes which amaze you.

Today, we will drive to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, which is a privately owned game sanctuary just next to Tsavo West. It is relatively small in size compared to the large national reserves, but just because of its compact area, it's more likely to spot the rare wild animals. You may see Elephants, Lions, Cheetahs, Water-bucks, Thompson's Gazelles, Lesser Kudi, Giraffes, Zebras, Leopards, Antelopes and Hartebeests here.

After breakfast, please check out of the lodge and we will set off on a journey of around 3 to 4 hours to Tsavo East National Park. On arrival, check into the camp and have lunch. Then you will go for a game drive in the afternoon to spot a large variety of wildlife.

The camp you will stay tonight locates in the heart of this national park, where you could overlook a watering hole, which attracts thousands of animals to drink and bath here. Besides, the camp will deliver the ultimate safari experiences.

Today, we will head to discover the east part of Tsavo National Park, known as the most African wildness park. It is home to the legendary Tsavo Lions and herds of red-dusted elephants. After the safari today, we will return back to the camp for dinner.
